Image texturée à partir de deux photos prises le 2025-10-25 et éditée dans Pixelmator Pro et BeCasso.

Textured image from two photos taken on 2025-10-25 and edited in Pixelmator Pro and BeCasso.

Lentille zoom ReeFLEX GSeries Telephoto 2x lens

Une de mes infréquentes tentatives de créer une image à partir de photos d'étendues d'eau comme une flaque, un étang, ruisseau ou autre.

One of my infrequent attempts at creating an image from photos of body of water such as a puddle, a pond, a creek or other.

Artist’s Loft

Edited in Photoshop (reduce luminance & color noise, sharpen), Pixelmator (cleaned up some paint drips on the bear), Snapseed (perspective, crop, color details, frame), and Photos (lighting).

Smoothened quite a bit for a more glossy look.

Seems like a fun picture to look at! :-)

Apollo Flash

Apps: Hipstamatic, Photoshop, Pixelmator, and Snapseed. I kid you not!

This is the shot you take with your iPhone when you’re in a strip mall parking lot with a sky that’s too good to miss!

This was taken in Tung Chung Promenade. It was processed with Pixelmator Photo.

From ground level, there were hints of glowing colour hiding behind the trees; sending the drone up did the scene more justice.

Lovely light, a great end to a nice day exploring new paths around the Rannoch area.

Some members of the bus tour group I was with ventured out onto this dock for a closer visit with the Baltic Sea.

The tour leader is wearing a red jacket, and the man on the far left was wading to shore from his boat which is anchored in the center of the scene.

Processed using Lightroom and Pixelmator, as well as the native photos app on an iPad Pro.

There is nothing like having the guys over for a BBQ over The Independence Day vacation. Good times.

It's too bad Jeremy couldn't make it.

Processed with Adobe Photoshop Elements 11, Photomatix, Pixelmator, Intensify for OS X

Since the invention of photography, cameras have evolved a lot.

Between the end of the 19th century and the 21st, film photography has crossed the ages, taking advantage of successive technological innovations.

From the first photographic cameras used during the beginnings of photography, to the most modern Reflex cameras, cameras have evolved to adapt to their times and their users...

Most of the artists I know in this gallery used 135 or 120 film and developed their films in “dark rooms”… well, for the paper print, we could have a little light diffused by panchromatic lamps or orthochromatic… the light was then green or red depending on the emulsion used !

A wonderful era which preceded digital photography and which some “artists” regret with nostalgia 🤔

The inspiration for 'The Sirens Gaze' initially started from my fascination with my Starbucks coffee cup logo, of all things, which is a highly esoteric symbol of a siren. This brought me into the world of Greek mythology & the subject of sirens & their predatory seductiveness. A siren it is said would seduce sailors with their songs & promises but then bring them to their demise. I did some little sketches with some mobile photos in mind & then began arranging my elements which took on a life of its own. The seduction in this case was through the sirens gaze that is further mystified by seeing partially through the eyes of a fish to make the queri more enigmatic.

Apps used; camera+ girl, some of coral & fish r.f. Googled images others mine, textures mine. Processed using facetune, iColorama, superimpose, procreate, pixelmator & lenslight apps on iPad Pro.

New discoveries; love Pixelmators lighten & darken tools.

Crazy Tuesday Theme: My favourite drink

Avocado Smoothie

“A smoothie, or smoothy, or smuthi is a drink made from pureed raw fruit and/or vegetables, using a blender. A smoothie often has a liquid base such as fruit juice, dairy products, such as milk, yogurt, ice cream or cottage cheese. Smoothies may be made using other ingredients, such as non-dairy milk, crushed ice, sweeteners (honey or sugar), vinegar, whey powder, chocolate or nutritional supplements, among others by personal choice.”
