This is true, he is breaking through a window. =) Trying out some editing with Pixelmator. Tell me how I did. I know it's not that great, I didn't really want to spend a bunch of time on it. I kinda like it though. =) Should I submit this to the Top Shot contest?

This drawing was made in Pixelmator by using a photo of a revolver and drawing in a new layer on top. The colorizing was done in Gimp.
This is a PNG image. Look at the original resolution (All Sizes button) for the version with a transparent background.
Glanced up at the top of a tree this morning during our walk and noticed some subtle color in the leaves. Working them with Photomatix Pro and Pixelmator.
I did the selective colouring by inversing the selection of the red planking and dre-saturating in Pixelmator. I finished by using the polarising brush in Aperture 3 to bring back the clouds.
Please take the time to click on the picture and, look at it on black

My brother and I each bought the other a copy for our birthdays and added a dedication with our favourite quotes.
I also made this book plate to go in my brother's copy.
It shows a night view of the two moons over the Southern Polar Region of Arrakis.
I am also a fan of the game Elite: Dangerous which simulates the Milky Way galaxy.
So the starscape in the image which shows the Orion Nebula, Horsehead Nebula and Barnard's Loop is accurate for a planet orbiting the star Canopus where Frank Herbert placed Arrakis.
