Broken Pipe - Gordon's Bay Sydney.

Pipe smoking is a tradition in northern Vietnam. In a cold day, a puff or two would warm you up!..

Ha-Noi night life

Did you know that the exhaust pipes that are attached to your house are able to dream? This pipe lives on the side of my house, just a few feet from the side door. It is the exhaust pipe to our hot water heater. Every time I see the cover, I wonder about the little fairies that might be living there. Here is what one of my pipe's dreams looks like ... a dream of breaking away and going on a Grand Adventure.

For the dream, I used a scrapbooking paper made by Raspberry Road Designs, as well as overlays, sparkles, lights, wings and little girl from various scrapping kits.

I love boat names and this one conjured up thoughts about what a sea lion might dream as it snoozes. Fish? Clean water? Just a boat to rest on?

The photo was taken from a suspended steel walkway, which is why it's slightly blurry due to the impacts caused by occasional passers-by.

An old pipe wrench that I found in my tool chest.

The caption on the display explains that the pipe becomes a living entity when you put the two pieces together, so Pipestone National Monument displays them separately out of respect for Indigenous beliefs.

I love, love, love this skirt. Great pattern.

Some people can find a kind of symmetry almost everywhere, even in an old deserted tile factory... I like the green pipe crossing the image and spoiling everything.
