My nephew Musa aged 12 has taken an interest in photography recently and has been eager for me to share some of his snaps! :)
The beautiful red sky at sunset this Friday, supposedly augured well for a gorgeous Saturday. For many around the world that turned out to be so. This in no way discounts the disappointment of others who wished events were otherwise.

My husband told me I better get out and check out the sunrise....this is straight out of the camera.
Colourful cloud formation just after sun down creating a reflection on Guelph Lake

Mario:
- How to become a poet?
Neruda:
- Try and walk slowly along the shore as far the bay and look around you.
Mario:
And will they come to me, these metaphors?
Neruda:
- Certainly!

Se Tornar Poeta
Mario:
- Como alguém vira poeta?
Neruda:
- Tente caminhar lentamente pela costa até a baía e olhar em volta.
Mario:
- E elas virão até mim, as metáforas?
Neruda:
- Certamente!

This was one of those amazing Lake Michigan sunsets that turned the world pink. I was on my way home and frantic to get my camera as I saw the sky turn into a masterpiece...yes little brother I know, I should have had it with me...anyway I raced in the door grabbed the camera and raced back to the little inlet lake to catch the last of these stunning colours and the quiet fisherman.
From a January sunset shoot with Brenda and Lisa. Low tides at sunset are excellent photo ops during the winter, they're pretty much gone by now.
The City of White Rock has a railway that runs along the waterfront. This single track rail line operates 24 hours a day and is operated by Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway (BNSF) and is used by BNSF and Amtrak passenger trains.

I had another look at this one and tried a different approach in the editing to make some of the darker areas more visible and show case the colours a bit more.
The sky was painted in hues of magenta before the sun rises. I was early at the beach to view the 5 planets and the moon in a straight line in the sky when it was still dark.
Clouds are pretty cool 😄 I'm having great fun in seeing faces and other things in nature.
I think it must be Heron 😂😂
These are the wheat fields surrounding the township of Sea Lake. We were lucky that they hadn't been harvested yet as the farmers were waiting for the fields to dry out.
The reason I took this image was, from a distance, I noticed that a section of clouds were pink. It was abit like a mirage, the closer you got, the further away they seemed. The clouds are pink as they are reflecting off the surface of the pink lake (Lake Tyrrell) below.
When I stopped here, it was the beautiful gold of the wheat that got my attention and it wasn't I uploaded the image that I realised I did capture the pink in the clouds.
We found a magnificent place to camp near us that has great owners and breath taking scenery. I made the effort to get up early and capture my favourite trees in the paddock next to our camp site at sunrise. You can just see the resident horses in the back ground who took great interest in my dawn invasion of their turf.
Sorry that this is so similar to my last upload
Thank you Maria for the wonderfully kind testimonial. She is amazing and her 365 is beautiful so go check out her stream!
Harry Potter Movie marathon yesterday, now all I have to do is reread the series to be prepared for the next movie :)

Pink Sunset clouds behind silhouettes of evergreen trees, taken at the blue hour of evening from my balcony. I have a wonderful view of the mountains and trees from there.
As night came the colors continued to change. Taken at Panama City Beach, FL. As always thanks for dropping by! Blessings!!
Captured a couple of weeks ago. Early morning and the sun is reaching the highest clouds. Blue conditions. A lot of work with the tripod for the correct perspective.
One of the most beautiful summer mornings I’ve ever seen in Finland.
Hope everyone is doing well. Trying to catch up :)
Have a great day, my friends!

A slight difference from a previous post of Steetley Pier taken in reverse. The reflections of the pink sky on the wet sand, give this one some vibrancy. Although similar, I thought it was a shame not to post it.
