A ping-pong table was set up in honor of Dr. Solomon's influential role in opening U.S.-Sino relations while working at the National Security Council. "The U.S. table tennis team made a momentous visit to China in April 1971, and President Richard Nixon and Kissinger traveled to Beijing the following February."

Ping-Ping is a gentle chubby panda cub available for adoption from my website.
He has a peaceful soul that loves nothing better than cuddling (well maybe Bamboo comes close!). He was named Ping-Ping because it means Peace, looking into his soulful eyes you just know that he will bring a loving calm to your heart and home.

It felt like yesterday when May Yee and I took a casual stroll after lunch to the pet-shop and my friend fell in love with this Shihtsu mixed Terrier. It was 31 October 2005 and Ping-ping was only 3-months old then (and incredibly tiny). She actually looked (and still do) like Wicket the Ewok. She loves people and is affectionate! Love her to bits! This was taken at Starbucks (Ikano) 6 April 2007.
I feel honored that this portrait of a client was used on the book cover flap for Bend, Not Break: A Life in Two Worlds, which was just released this month. Ping Fu is the highly regarded founder and CEO of Geomagic, a global 3D software company. Other portraits I made of this amazing lady were used for her book's video trailer at vimeo.com/55183960.
