We had a wonderful day, sunny and about 22ºC, which was perfect to go bike riding. This picture was taken about 45 minutes before sunset.
Its in a small pine forest we have in our town. Its funny how crowded it gets when nice weather comes. Everybody goes there to run or bike ride, it has about 135.000 hectares(about 333500 acres).
I took some pictures of some small bunkers that are still there from our Spanish civil war (1936-1939), but didnt achieve what I was looking for, so I will be back! hehe

A hyperactive little bird, Pygmy Nuthatches rarely stay still. This little one found a cache and was busy eating for a few seconds while I captured him. These nuthatches flock with Mountain Chickadees, White-breasted and Red-breasted Nuthatches in the Deschutes National Forest.
These birds are endearingly communal and spend cold winter nights huddled together in old woodpecker nest holes.
Bow Lake's glacier fed blue water contrasts with a brilliant sky blue in Banff National Park. Thick pine forest sits below the surrounding peaks which rise to between 6 and 9 thousand feet near Bow Glacier.

Pine Valley or Pine Forest, a valley having huge lofty pine trees lined in rows, an artificial forest. It is one of the main attractions of Vagamon. It is a favourite mark for the lovers of nature. The Pine forests stretched over a wide area of sloppy hills.
Pines Trees are evergreen, coniferous resinous trees (or rarely shrubs), in the genus Pinus, in the family Pinaceae, growing 3–80 m tall, with the majority of species reaching 15–45 m tall.
Location: Vagamon, Idukki District, Kerala State, India.

Ballet performance by the Dance Centre Kenya of the Nutcracker by Tchaikovsky, with a live orchestra providing the music. A beautiful performance with dancers of mixed colours, sexes and age groups. Perfect entertainment in time for Christmas.
