Perhaps it's not a beautiful structure, but this water tank is 100 years old. I include it here, not only for the antiquarian interest, but also for the physics. You'll note that the bands holding the tank together are spaced more closely near the bottom of the tank.

The pressure due to a liquid increases as you swim deeper; you can feel iot quite easily on your eras when you diuve. Thus, you need to have he metals bands closer together at the bottom of the tank to compensate for the increasing pressure.

The pressure can be calculated by:

P = density x g x h where the density of water is 1000 kg/m^3, and g is the acceleration due to gravity, or 10 m/s^2. Plug in the depth of the water in meters, and you'l get the prerssure in Pascals.

I captured the image from "Les Miserables" movie trailer and created this mini-poster using ComicLife.

This is an example of projectile motion. The ball has a horizontal velocity and a small vertical velocity. There is also acceleration due to gravity pulling on the ball.

The Oberlin College Lab Crawl is an annual open house that provides a fun and informal interaction with math and science on campus. In this lab physics students study unusual materials in the form of nanoparticles, thin ribbons, and fluids.

Extramarks’s educational Physics video illustrates and exemplifies the core concepts behind increasing and decreasing friction along with highlighting through intuitive visuals. Taking common examples from real life to explain the when, why and how much friction we need making it relatable. It develops and inculcates some bright ideas around the subject matter and spark the fire of thought in youngsters using the interactive Physics video.

I told him he didn't need to stop moving for me to get the shot.

I didn't realize how funny that was until a few seconds later.
