Just over a year or two ago, Stagecoach started phasing the tridents properly with replacements being ADL Enviro 400MMCs, I was lucky enough to photo this one, when it was on the 100s all day, Also turned out to be ex Hull too.

The new Renault Master Series was presented in September 1980. It replaced the 1965-1982 Renault Saviem SG Series.
The Master had a very characteristic modernist design. It is said that Marcello Gandini (who died last month, Torino 1938-2024) was the main designer of the Master Type I. Gandini then worked at the Bertone studio.
In the Netherlands lots of them are still in use as camper van.

November 23, 2021 - New York City - Governor Kathy Hochul today joined elected officials and leaders from the Metropolitan Transportation Authority to tour the site of the Second Avenue Subway expansion that would extend the Second Avenue line to 125th St in East Harlem. The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act signed by President Joe Biden provides $23 billion in new grant opportunities for transit expansion, a historic level of funding that doubles the amount of grants available for major projects like Phase 2 of the Second Avenue Subway. The MTA has submitted a grant request to the U.S. Department of Transportation for Phase 2 of the expansion that will include the construction of three new subway stations, at 106th St, 116th St, and 125th St in East Harlem. So ck4049 told me about this website, trainiax.net, which has outline drawings of different locomotives. It's like an online train coloring book!
I couldn't resist also creating my idea for Amtrak's next paint scheme, Phase VI. Listen Amtrak, you know I love you and all, but that blank gray ugly Phase V stuff has got to go. You want red and blue and stripes? Okay, let's make it really red and blue and striped then! I thought this was similar enough in theme to past paint schemes to be generally acceptable, but with the red background which Amtrak has never used (and why not? let's have vivid, noticeable trains!) I didn't put a logo on it because it was too hard to do -- I like the old logo better but hey, it's a minor detail. And I used the old font, but the new one would be fine too.
