this is a dance game that my boyfriend's family plays at parties.
Everyone dances with a partner and one person dances with a broom stick. When the broom stick is dropped, every one scrambles to find another partner to dance with and the odd man out has to dance with the broom stick. Who ever is dancing with the broom stick at the end of the song is the loser and gets "punished", whatever that may be. I didn't stick around long enough to know what it was but it's really up to what the group decides it to be.
Perhaps one of the best sunset I have ever seen in Singapore. Unfortunately, due to inaccessibility, Lim Chu Kang jetty is fast becoming a forgotten place among Singaporeans.

A tree frog in the rainforest.
Taken on Kodak Gold 400 according to the negative, I think its a nice image and comes up ok in the scan. Thoughts?
I got the impression that this was mother and child with grandmother in the background. Baadreni Road, Sauraha, Central Southern Nepal.
I have made the tough decisions, always with an eye toward the bottom line. Perhaps it’s time America was run like a business.

Attending will be thousands of re-enactors from all theatre's of war, allies and axis , living history groups will displaying in adjacent fields . Add that to the hundreds of military vehicles attending .
Case created this whimsical piece in Jeppestown - A masked fisherman dangling a gold star - fishing for gold perhaps? This is truly beautiful

Perhaps he is a jankari, a traditional healer. Aside from the blue Chinese gumboots, Ghajir is yester-century.
Day 20
Not good. Miss communication abounds today. I had plans to go to the MAC www.northwestmuseum.org/ today with a cousin, but she canceled last night because she forgot that she had to work the later shift today. Then I re-planned my day for lunch and shopping with my sister in law who canceled 2 hours ago because she had to cover an absent teacher's class. Then I made plans for later tonight with my best friend who canceled just now because of unexpected school stuff. So, all I can think is that somehow, somewhere everyone got their lines crossed and I got tangled up in the middle. The best part of this story is that everyone wants to reschedule for NEXT Wednesday, which happens to be my daughter's Daughter 2nd birthday. *sigh* .....So in my usual act of symbolism I blurred out the outer edges of this photo to show the "blurred lines of communication" that ruined my day. As with the silly parking meter shot from Saturday, I am using this project as more of a blog than a display of photo prowess today and I apologize. Hopefully tomorrow will be better as far as photos go. Maybe I will even post something better later tonight to make up for this insolence.
Just needed to shoot something today, so I grabbed some grapes out of the fridge, and the bowl from my Dining Room table centerpiece.
Perhaps Jimmie was telling Kasey--"that blonde keeps taking your picture" OR " I wonder which one of us will win tonight?"
