Looking forward down below. She can sleep four people, but few will use her for overnighting. Since there is no Bimini, when it rains or someone has had enough sun, the cabin will provide refuge. Essentially she is a day boat with plenty of storage below.

By off-setting the walk-through windshield to starboard the 270 was able to have a larger and deeper head/changing compartment. The VacuFlush head is an option, but the Corian counter around the sink, and the inlay sole are standard.

Obviously the folks at Larson felt that having a depth sounder was an important bit of modern technology to add as standard to the instrument panel. We like how the builder has tried hard to make this digital device look as retro as possible. Note the depth gauge’s on-off switch at lower left so that the unsightly digital display can be eliminated.

The Princess 60 is relatively light, has a 15'10" (4.83 m) beam and a moderate deadrise aft all of which allow her to have a good turn of speed with conventional inboard drives. The bow thruster is standard.

The aft deck is an important aspect of any motoryacht. As you can see, chairs can be placed facing aft so that 6-8 people can sit here. Note the stairs with teak treads to the flying bridge. This is the only way to the bridge which means space is not wasted in the saloon with an internal stairway.

The moving map display, and chart holder just above, are in front of the observer’s position. Under the compass are two tachometers with fuel gauges to the outsides and a rudder angle indicator in the center. The two CAT engine displays are just above the wheel. To the left of the wheel are the controls for the bow and stern thrusters, and these are the new progressive type with five-speed levels. Note that the instrument brow is low and does not block visibility forward.
