Great performance at the Century Link Center in Omaha, NE. Owl City and Neon Trees opened for them. Had to do the best I could do without a "professional" camera, so I used the trusty Canon PowerShot SX100.

Shakespeare & Company presented These Violent Delights: A Spring Young Company Performance, on Friday, May 13 and Saturday, May 14, at 6 p.m., outdoors at The New Spruce Theatre.
Featuring area high school students engaged in actor training, this adaptation of “Romeo and Juliet” is directed by David Bertoldi and Caitlin Kraft. The 2022 Spring Young Company ensemble will present two free performances that are open to the public.
In this adaption, following the street brawl that ends the lives of Tybalt and Mercutio, Romeo and Juliet grapple with the consequences of their forbidden love. Faced with flashbacks, they must piece together their memories to answer the question: how did we get here? These performances are the culmination of a nine-week program through which high-school-aged actors explore voice, movement, clown, and more.

The Anne and Ellen Fife Theatre in the Street and Davis Performance Hall filled up as patrons waited for the Philip Glass Ensemble to take the stage.
Paddington Basin Performances near Little Venice included music, poetry, and dance performances. It was organised by @slash.arts and @canal_dream during Canalway Cavalcade in May 2024.
Performance by Rossana and Friends, a Portuguese singer, songwriter, and musician, and Poets Dominic Sideway, Oliver Romm, and Linda. Music was also from Samuel Batstone and friends.

Retrouver son énergie - primitive ? À toutes ces questions et bien plus encore vous pouvez trouver des réponses sur internet et la plateforme YouTube en accédant à des tutoriels. Ceux-ci transmettent un savoir spécifique et permettent d’acquérir des compétences, des techniques et des pratiques corporelles en tout genre ! C’est le point de départ du spectacle.
Ces tutoriels sont à l’origine de la formation de communautés numériques à l’échelle planétaire, chaque membre partageant un intérêt pour une activité humaine particulière : chanter, danser mais aussi construire, guérir, secourir, faire de l’exercice, apprendre à se défendre, à jouer d’un instrument, etc. Poursuivant leur quête de récits étonnants et singuliers, Barbara Matijevic et Giuseppe Chico ont cette fois ramené de leurs aventures au cœur de la Toile des histoires du corps humain.
Cinq performeurs pluridisciplinaires mettent en scène leurs expériences de vie et leur corps au service de tutoriels. En jouant sur les effets de fragmentation, de mélange, d’assortiment et de simultanéité, Barbara Matiijevic et Giuseppe Chico explorent avec humour l’interface entre le rituel et le théâtre, entre le drame social et l’esthétique, entre l’anthropologie numérique et la poésie.

What’s the difference between being onstage and wearing a brightly colored outfit to work? Maybe we’re all performers more often than we think. Walker visitors wore original garments designed for ROLU by Various Projects, a design collaboration between Elizabeth Beer and Brian Janusiak, to experience what it feels like to be seen as an art object. The garments let others know of their “participation as performance.”
