I had to pick and post this shot from my early days of HDR photography. Somehow it reminds me of the performance of flickr today....Pandamania.
Inside the lonely long abandoned Iowa one room schoolhouse of the previous picture. The schoolhouse, like this forgotten piano, is slowly decaying away. In a few years, it will most likely collapse, I felt unsafe walking on that old floor as it was full of holes.The drop to the basement is pretty significant!
This old schoolhouse was finally demolished in 2023. It took heavy damage from derecho that tore through that area earlier...
A snowy egret performs the dance of the fishes on Pond 5. During this dance the egret will move swiftly across the surface of the water, occasionally making a rapid strike at a fish, sometimes with great drama. It's wonderful to watch

This is the third capture from the magical theatre performances I was lucky to attend last Saturday morning in the Dandenong Ranges. It's time for an intermission...

She has appeared on stage in the theatre alongside Pierrot countless times.
To receive one last round of applause from the audience
To take one final bow to the audience
And then, after 1,735 performances, it will all be over and everyone will go their separate ways… or… will they retreat together, sitting on the crescent of the moon??
My friend: Jesse inspired me to start collecting half dolls
They are so beautiful and I decided to learn more about them. That's how I came across several half-dolls on Flickr, including those belonging to friends of Jesse's who were also inspired by him, and I became more and more enthusiastic.

...and what's not to love! 1963 Ford Fairlane 500 Sport Coupe, 289ci High Performance engine, 271hp, 4 speed manual trans, 3.89 rear ratio, a beautiful car in beautiful condition and would be a joy to own! Quick, fun, good looking, fuel efficient, a very livable car! What more could you ask for! Well, the keys and the title maybe!
