Since I had to runnnnn to the end of the declining ramp, nearly slipping in the process, I had to be a little crazy. But I got the shot.
PE-DX-03 - Motobot - Warden
by Perfect Effect.
I slapped the cannon tank piece together without guidelines. As far as the character goes, all I know is that it's a tribute to IDW's Fort Max, a badass warden. I haven't read any comics with him in them, but I'd like to.
This figure is amazing from transformations, accessories, to paint apps, aesthetics, and poseability with tight joints. Perfect Effect has let me down in the past, but this beast is an incredible 180 that makes me look forward to what they come up with next.
One of many large alcoves off of the main corridor. The light pours in, bathing the inmates in refreshing light, afterwords, of which they wander back to their rooms, still crazy after all these years.
While photographing an old metals plant (and now a barrel-manufacturing company), I stumbled into this old roadster in the near dark, and captured it via flashlight from various angles.
A stormy, snowy day in Bodie State Historic park in early 2014.
I may add a black and white workshop to my Bodie workshops this year. My Black and White album on Flickr includes some Bodie shots, and I'm adding more: www.flickr.com/photos/jeffreysullivan/sets/72157625854402...
Lately I got interest in B/W architect photos. I spent a full day in Den Haag (in the Netherlands) to do few shots and see the outcome. I used exposure fusion and I merged (when needed) the main subject in HDR with the sky. Masking a building is relatively simple given the straight and neat line. Comments are welcomed

Thanks for looking!
Under the main production floor of the accessible part of this paper facility, was some very intriguing lighting.
Birmingham, I took this shot when shopping with friends in the city centre. I liked the great structure which in mono create a dark and strong contrast. I merged 3 exposures for the HDR composition and then I shot a slow shutter speed shot for the Sky. I used Perfect Layer to combine the HDR and the Sky together. I love the final effect and how the clouds looks like flames. Comments are welcomed
I feel like this title, whilst accurate to the flower, also reflects me on Flickr. Ive neglected the site for a while now. Having a young family focuses the mind on other priorities but I hope to post more as and when I can.
Border added with Perfect Effects 9.
After a three day Silo City jaunt, [https://www.flickr.com/photos/sbh3743] and I headed up to this old facility, not knowing exactly what we'd find. What we weren't prepared for was that it ... found ... us.
I took the shot from the Cassia road to San Casciano. Despite looks like an HDR this is just out of the camera with a minimal tuning in Aperture and light glow effect. Sony sensor was able to capture the best colours from the scene. I loved the landscape panoramic format and the shadow of the clouds on the grass. You can spot a small artificial lake. In my view this is a good capture.

But for the background, there was no light illuminating on this row of machines, so a trusty flashlight illuminated them.

Today's shot is from the same platform as yesterday's, just back a few steps! For my previous image, I was up against the fence you see running along the edge of the overlook, but while I was waiting for the snow to move in, I decided to step back and get a shot of the actual incline building.
As always, you can read about the processing I've done on this shot and all my images on on my website.

Leiden, I took this shot when visiting Naturalis with my family. I liked the great brass structure coming out from the glass framework.I used HDR tuning 3 exposures and then I used a long shutter speed for the sky. I merged the exposure using Photomatix and then Perfect layer to replace the sky with the long exposure one. The I post processed with Aperture, Perfect Mask, Perfect and Effect. I liked the great colours and the overall compositions. Comments welcomed

Finally got some snow over the weekend! It won't stick around for long, as it is going to be really warm this week, but I was out on Saturday to grab some pictures of it. More to come this week!
