Peanut has just been advised by the ladies on the third floor that her application to rent a room has been rejected since she has no visible means of support, even though Peanut advised them that she would earn her keep by catching and killing/eating anything smaller than herself! So.......

While this fox squirrel was getting its peanut fix, I was getting my squirrel fix. :-)

Thanks to The Snappy Canadianfor suggesting this photo. Apparently after the Psycho Photograph a few days ago, he feels the Peanut man needs to confess his sins :)

Took my back up "nikon d7100" to Peanut Island in Palm Beach, Florida yesterday. The definition of paradise!!! This is the reason I moved back to Florida.

A hometown favorite, The Peanut Shop front window display. Think you could walk past this?

At 10:45 a.m. today, an attempt to assassinate Peanut the Cat was stopped by Peanut herself when she excaped the clutches of the murderous Lightning by jumping through the bedroom window to safety.

Her tail bleeding, she headed straight for her food dish to show her distain for the pain and shock Lightning tried to inflict on her.

She then headed into bed to mend and rest. But rest would not come.....

Daily Dog Challenge: Craving

Etta may like Peanut Butter as much as David ... but all she gets is the almost empty jar to lick out πŸ˜‚

It was time for a kitty photo :-)

She likes to get under the covers when the temps cool down.

The Lego Captain Jacks have an argument with themselves over that famous peanut…

A giant carved wooden peanut across the street from the Virginia Diner in Wakefield, Virginia. The peanut is looking a little worse for wear compared to April 2016. The business the big goober is in front of is called Plantation Peanuts but they've scrubbed that from the awning. They had an excellent selection of peanuts and peanut products, as did the Virginia Diner gift shop.

Another day of baking - Buckeyes and peanut butter cheesecakes with a chocolate ganache top

Someone had left peanut butter on trees in the ramble, central park, and the squirrels were enjoying themselves.

For my upcoming gluten free peanut butter cookie recipe which is actually a good cookie because there are no gluten free substitutes in it. Have a great weekend everyone!

Ever since we started putting peanut halves out, the blue jays have been visiting.

Well, she's been on the go all weekend running up and down stairs all day, flying in and out of the bedroom window, chasing birds and bugs, helping to plant the new veggie garden, cooking, eating..... She's entitled to a rest!

This fellow was enjoying some of the peanut butter I put out for the birds and he seemed to be loving it! Then....he choked on a nut (I always use chunky peanut butter) that is why he has this face, and that was the end of his enjoyment! He was fine and he just decided that was enough!

One of my oldest cactus. Easter Cactus, only a bit late this year.

reflecting the clouds...

I had no idea about this peanut man! 😁 Until now... I am trying to find the story of the man in the peanut online but i haven' found one yet..😐 so this is what i understand though.. πŸ’‘Most of us have probably never looked for the man in the peanut. We dig through the bag, shell the peanuts, gobble them down, and then we're done, often hardly even taking the time to savor the lingering taste of the peanut.

Most of the time, we come in contact with so many different people, we say a quick "hi", and exchange few words, then go on our way never even less taking the time to look for the man inside each person. We just gulp down the "stuff of the day" without taking time to look at the individual man inside of each peanut.

Who are the peanuts in your life? Your co-workers? Your aunts, uncles, and cousins? Your friends at school? Your mate? Your children? Your grandchildren? Do you take the time to really see them for who they are? Do you make the time to enjoy their individuality?

Why not try something different today? Why not spend enough time with those you come in contact with to find the peanut inside the man? I have a feeling you're going to be happily surprised at all of the neat faces you'll find!✌😁

Here's my post for the 52 Weeks for Dogs group. Nothing gets Wookie more worked up than a kong packed full of peanut butter. It's his favorite thing in the world.

I'm still in the midst of my photo dry spell, and I'm tired of combing through my archive for stuff to post. So, unless something exciting, amazing (and photogenic) happens sometime soon, I expect that I'll continue to be scarce around Flickr.

Found a peanut. Found a peanut. Found a peanut just now.... and so on.

This blue jay put 4 peanuts in its mouth, then took a 5th then flew away.

I liked the look of this relatively new wee diner, The Peanut Gallery, any time I walked by before the Lockdown but hadn't tried it before everythiing had to close down. Now like many such places it isn't open for indoor dining but it is doing a takeaway from the door, so I took a few quick and dirty pics from the other side of the road as I was walking by today. Really must try it sometime...
