Last walk with Michał for a while, he moves up to Scotland in a couple of weeks.

Still got so much of the Peak District to show him!!

Celebrated with a dash up Crook Hill and then dinner at the Strines Inn.. 😁

at portixol's shore, a runner pauses, embracing the winter sea's embrace. the quiet beach of this palma district whispers of solitude and renewal. running gear lies on the sand; a towel marks the spot of transition. here, the mediterranean's cool breath offers a moment of reflection away from the city's pulse.

Lighting was my three Alien Bee B800s with Long Throw reflectors (one pointed at the nose of the locomotive, and two on the church/background), and some light painting down the side of the locomotive with a Lumedyne by Steve Carlson.

De temps en temps il nous faut faire une pause pour permettre à notre âme de nous rejoindre.

It was recommended to me to crop away an annoying element in this photo. This is the result.

Bert and I posing in front of snowy Buachaille Etive Mòr. - This was a bit of a rushed picture. Since the weather was changing very frequently I had to set up the tripod, take off my jacket, trousers, hat, and gloves and jump into position all in the span of 5 minutes. To be honest, it was way too cold and windy to be taking my time.

Well, I think this is the last winter picture of me and Bert. I still have a ton of other shots to sort through but these will be just landscape shots. I am so looking forward to the summer, especially camping. Let's hope that after the quite mild and wet winter the midges won't be to blood thirsty. We all have our own reasons for taking a moment to pause. Whereever we are. Whatever we're doing. Whether it's to respect the past, the place or the time. I'll leave your interpretation of why this Coyote paused for a moment and lowered it's head at dusk. A special moment.

LibertಠJourneys, sponsored by BRM Radio and Bell Estates, definitely has a lot of fun for everyone. Explore, shop, test out the experience...all while listening to the best music.

This year, I am amazed at the hard work and before the events really kick off, I took a moment to just pause and reflect at what we did as a team...This is the journey, this is the freedom!!! Play the Moments--Pause the Memories!!
