Summer is ending.....

Third picture of the series Water Path.

(Horizontal view, looking for a more symmetrical and dream image. Very long exposure to trace the movement of the clouds and water over the path)

Sunrise at the wonderful port of Villajoyosa -Alicante-.

This autumn day was mostly cloudy, they moved very quickly so I decided to create this long exposure image.

The whole way was covered by water and as a result, algae cling to it, making a walk a little dangerous to reach the small lighthouse.

Gulls and Cormorants was occupied very relaxed, knowing that no one would be close by to disturb them.

The calm that reigned in that port was a present to my senses.

Image dedicated to my friend on Flickr Julián Solana (Tiogran), who met him in person that morning in his wonderful land.

To reach this picture in one unique Raw, I used a grauated neutral 3 steps filter.

I hope you like it. Have a nice Sunday. :)

Enjoyed some beautiful views from the coastal path in Pembrokeshire, this shot was taken from Nolton Haven looking towards St Davids head

There are moments when nature decides to apply a special filter to reality. In this shot taken in Fuerteventura, the rainbow seems to trace an invisible path for those who experience the sea with slowness and wonder

After visiting the Škocjan Caves we continued our walking along the Big Collapse Doline and visited smaller caves. The path winds under the natural bridge to the Little Collapse Doline (Mala dolina). Across the bridge you can enter the Mahorčič and Marinič Cave, which lie below the village Škocjan, after which the entire cave system got its name. Here you can see our path :)

Škocjan Caves is a cave system located in Slovenia. It's an underground phenomenon in the Karst region and Slovenia. The explored length of the caves is 6,200 meters. The caves have formed in a 300-meter-thick layer of Cretaceous and Paleocene limestone. Along with the underground stream of the Reka River, it forms one of the longest karst underground wetlands in Europe. The protected area of 413 ha conserves an exceptional limestone cave system which comprises one of the world's largest known underground river canyons. Škocjan Caves was included on UNESCO’s list of natural and cultural World Heritage Sites in 1986. The trail for visitors is about 3 km long. The route inside the cave runs along the narrow walkway, which is situated on a vertical rock and ends with a bridge suspended at a height of about 50 m above the river. After leaving the caves, you can also visit nearby viewpoints on the sinkholes, walk along the Big Collapse Doline (Velika dolina), which is one of the largest collapse dolines in Slovenia and the Reka River valley, as well as smaller caves located nearby.

Zostały częściowo udostępnione do zwiedzania i stanowią jedną z najciekawszych atrakcji turystycznych Słowenii.

Walk this Saturday morning along the Waterfront Recreational Trail, a Shared Path in Toronto. Lots of thick ice on the lake and just where the ice ends there are literally hundreds of birds.

Sometimes it is a narrow wold , the vision in the pictere is better than you see with the naked eye. The improvement in a photo is some times when you see far less than normal, with fog or snow and so on.

“Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it." (Matthew 7:13-14)

The path narrows significantly. Can you trust that rock not to fall? I suppose it's been there for many millennia. This section of the Cataract Gorge reminds me of many scenes described in Lord of the Rings.

While I do experiment quite a bit with my photography, sometimes I feel there is a certain "sanctity" to a piece of film and I need to keep it as is. This morning I'm trying to step away from that and experiment a little more on the analog side. I like the results on this one.

”Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.“

‭‭John‬ ‭14‬:‭6‬ ‭ESV‬‬

A winding pedestrian bridge curves gracefully above the street, guiding footsteps through a rhythm of light and shadow. A woman walks along its path, her quiet presence contrasting with the subtle movement below—cyclists passing by and others caught in their own fleeting moments.

From above, the scene unfolds like a living pattern: lines, curves, and human motion intersecting in harmony. Each person follows a different route, yet they share the same space, the same fleeting slice of time. In this layered perspective, the image reflects the beauty of everyday journeys—separate paths, briefly connected.
