Taken during my 3rd visit to the awesome painted hills and painted cove areas of the John Day State Park, near the town of Mitchell in the high desert area of Oregon, USA. The hills owe their colours to the various layers of clay which protrude out from the ground below.
The mind is a labyrinth, ladies and gentlemen, a puzzle. And while the paths of the brain are plainly visible, its ways deceptively apparent, its destinations are unknown. Its secrets still secret. And, if we are honest, it is the lure of the labyrinth that draws us to our chosen field to unlock those secrets

Say 3 of the Inca Trail, ending up at Winay Wayna. The paths are really clear, and we couldnt belive they were so old, but still in such good condition.
Ski trip to Italy/Schweiz and this is one of many views seen from the slopes. We were on our way to a lift in Zermatt when I had to take out my camera and capture this scenery.
A clear sky and a gazing sun was present and with the majestic Matterhorn behind me it just couldn't be any better.
I was using a filter, hence the dark corners in at the top.
