We went to the pumpkin patch to look for the perfect pumpkins. Livvy was finally brave enough to ride a ride this year! Toby and Liam tried the new thing this year at the pumpkin patch, which was kind of like paintball, but used soft rubber balls instead.

Friends and family gathered at Oars and Paddles Park in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida, to celebrate Hunter Babcock's 4th birthday party Oct. 24, 2021. The gifts, games, cake, and decorations paid homage to Hunter's favorite theme: dinosaurs!

After the party, Hunter and his family visited a pumpkin patch at Satellite Beach Methodist Church to select the perfect pumpkins to carve for Halloween.

Yesterday we went to the pumpkin patch. We spent several hours there, petting pigs and goats, eating kettle corn, and just having a good time.

Liam got a spider painted on his face!

I'm thinking I'll call this one "Patch" for the dark spot above the hind leg. One of the other wolves had a larger/longer spot near the front leg, but I could not get a photo of it.

Patches on my daughter's travelin' pants, de rigeur for train hoppers. Torn and worn out, the pants themselves should have been retired a long time ago, but in the past year have been fortified by a few dozen handsewn patches she's picked up from all over the U.S. Sewn with dental floss, of course. This week, on the night before she left at 1:30AM, I got the chance to shoot the textural hodgepodge. More images to be posed soon.
