I took this with the sun behind Patch so his back would get lots of nice light bouncing off it. Doesn't he look nice!?
This is where the planning and the fun began for me. I made stencils and then patches with canvas and spray paint in my apartment for a couple weeks leading up Burning Man. I've never done anything like these before and was super happy with how they turned out. I was thinking of them as low impact graffiti that would splay out from the Playa over time. It was fun to interact with people and art projects through this media.
There are a whole bunch of extras. Did anyone not get one?
A local farm earned a little extra by making a corn maze and pumpkin patch. The kids loved it. There was even a hay ride, and barrel train!

My friend tripletlads is making us new camera bags that are a little easier to manage. Of course being the steamy guy he is we needed Union Jack patches for the bags.
