My Golden Retriever, Kate, celebrating her 15th birthday. Still so beautiful! We sung happy birthday and brought her candles in meat -- of course, we did not feed her all of it, we cut just a few small bites for her. When you make it to be this old, you deserve a treat on your birthday!

Built in 1813 (203 years old!!!), the Wicken windmill underwent a tremendous restoration process and it is currently producing five types of flour solely by wind power. It is a stunning architectural wonder.

The best I kan do is to make you fly...
[Sorry that it is a bit blurry, but imagine this Kite is very fast moving in the Wind,
there wasn´t any Sekond it stands still or "flow slowly"... What I try to do with this is to show the Feeling of Fly in an unusal Way... therefore I like that it has a "dreamy Optik"... The sekond Element for the Komposition is the strong Kontrast of heavy and statik Building and that light and fly Feeling of the Kite...]
But I kounsel just to enjoy this One! ;O)

I've suspected that they've been up to something for a while and my suspicions were aroused further this afternoon. I couldn't understand their primitive mode of communication but I'm sure it's not good. Better keep the desk tidier from now on in hope of appeasing them...
I was looking at the other groups art and saw someones giraffes that I really liked. The giraffes she drew were more e-longated than mine ....this is my atempt in that style after being inspired by Liannes work from group 1. Not as good as hers, but I had fun with it. I like the way it has a kind of caricature look to it.

A new painting focusing on the Sanctuary and interior of St James's RC Church, Spanish Place London; which was opened on September 29, 1890. Its rich history and association with Spain stretches back to the 16th century and is contained in the link below; from the Parish website.
Expressionist artist Stephen B. Whatley - whose Catholic tribute paintings have been exhibited at London's Westminster Cathedral - created the oil painting inspired by a series of drawings made on location inside the beautiful church, a jewel in Marylebone in central London. The painting was completed over several days - including the actual anniversary.

For those who still don’t know why their view count is down, perhaps way down, the reason is explained and discussed in the link below.
