Reminder to keep trying, don't give up! Taken yesterday when I walked through the Humber Bay Park W.
Who got the wave? Yesterday it was the paddleboarders about 8 to 1. The waves were too soft for the surfers but just right for the SUP riders who can dig deep with those paddles and get going on even small wave breaks. We had fun watching them from the pier.
(Don't you love the octopus on the paddle?)
Well, I was walking along the beach this afternoon and accidentally I must have knocked my camera resulting in this "strange unintentional" shot!
There was something about it I quite liked hence I didn't remove it from my camera ~ a happy accident catching the lady on her paddle board!
Stay Safe and Healthy Everyone!
Thanks to everyone who views this photo, adds a note, leaves a comment and of course BIG thanks to anyone who chooses to favourite my photo .... Thanks to you all!
22/12/17 #1817. High tide on the Adur at lunchtime, with this paddle boarder whizzing along the calm waters at quite a speed. A Starboard All Star, a racier model than I have generally seen.

Thought I might get a few local panos in before the tourists arrive in a week or so.
'Sydney Sandspit' is a favourite for people not just from Sydney, - boaties, paddleboarders, families and sunbakers all flock to this piece of paradise in their droves over the summer holiday break. It's an easy swim across the channel from this boardwalk or from the old ferry landing however there are lots of hire boat hire operators nearby who will cheaply and easily get you high and dry onto Miles Island, Sydney Sandspit, or onto any number of the myriad of other beautiful sand islands dotted throughout Wallis Lake.
Mike Baird & Virginia Jensen posing during a paddle up Los Osos Creek just upstream from the bay. The creek was at peak level during one of the highest tides of the year. Mike said something about Charlie, so I assume that's the dog's name.

Wyoming, USA - August 9, 2021: Kayakers and paddleboarders boating on String Lake, in Grand Teton National Park
A busy summer Saturday in Poole Harbour with paddle boarders, kayakers, kite surfers and windsurfers
This person was ready for the 4th of July a day early. Seen on the Youghiogheny River at Ohiopyle State Park, a great place to see water recreation of all sorts.
A friend stands next to a hired photographer who carries his waterproof camera case, camera and fins. You can see him photographing the men paddleboarders in another photo in this set.

HTT from Benni who had a great day at the beach Saturday. She and this pretty paddleboarder hit the water at about the same time.
Still going through photos, so thought I'd drop this one on my followers. Rather like the ducks, a paddleboarder, Waterways Cruises and more in this scenic photograph. Very happy here!

Not a day for paddleboarding! See the rescuer in the next photo, and yes, the ocean really was this color. Not saturated. Some days it's blue, some turquoise and some gray.
