Hurts the eyes I know, but it came out of the camera a really funny colour so I had to work on it a bit
Yes!! Finally a picture of something other than myself! Hah... this is kinda over processed... (or is that over-edited?)
That's my brother in the background.

A combination of 10x20 second images stacked with MaxDSLR. Then levels and curves adjusted in Photoshop.
This was an attempt to image the Flame and Horsehead nebulae, however as you can see, I did not expose enough. With a lot of overprocessing, I was able to see a hint of the Flame nebula next to Alnitak.
Okay, this may be a little over-processed, but besides sharpening and clarity, all I did was vibrance and saturation. Oh, and I added the vignette cause I thought it looked cool. The lake was so blue yesterday; it was so beautiful. This is Foster Lake, by the way.
Crap! I just realized how dirty that lens was. Oh well, I'll fix it later. Thank God for clone stamp. :)
I went in to two different salons today, and neither did a perm. Finally I ended up at Fantastic Sam's, which did indeed do perms. But the stylist really didn't want to do a perm on me, as (according to her) my hair was overprocessed. I disagree, but I was sick of my perm anyhow. So she just trimmed my hair, blew out my hair, and styled it. Let's hope I can reconstruct it tomorrow, though I have my doubts.

"we're in this together now" :
I've become impossible
holding on to when
when everything seemed to matter more
the two of us
all used and beaten up
watching fate as it flows down the path we
have chose
you and me
we're in this together now
none of them can stop us now
we will make it through somehow
you and me
if the world should break in two
until the very end of me
until the very end of you

This was actually an out of focus shot that I wanted to use... I thought the over-processing added something to it and made it look a little better...
You know those vinyl mesh bags that you get fruit in at the grocery store. Well, that mesh is strong enough to hold all that fruit and it's not biodegradable, so why throw it away.
I've combined that nylon mesh from fruit bags with durable cotton yarn to make my new BYO Fruit Bag. In this time of overprocessed convenience food, one of the healthiest things you can do is make sure you have good for you snacks handy. The best snacking food in the world is fresh fruit. Let this bag help you get in the habit of taking fresh fruit with you to the office or school.
It can hold up to 5 lbs of fruit, or whatever healthy snacks/lunch that you put in it. And when it's empty, it collapses into itself for easy storage.
This bag will help you improve your health and maintain a healthy envitronment.

At a gig in one of the South Liverpool Parks - could either have been Africa Oye in Sefton park or the Brouhaha Mela in Princes Park, I forget now. Taking pictures of the band, turned round to get some shots of the crowd and saw this girl. I used the pic to try out some photoshop techniques so it looks slightly overprocessed, but it's what I'd call a lucky shot.
Went to a Giants game the other night and they squeaked out a win on a passed ball. It was so freaking cold by the 12th inning! (I was messing around with Lucis 3 SE).
In honour of the newly remastered Beatles catalogue being released, I've been listening to their songs while mucking around in Lightroom. Ah the joys of overprocessing to the music of the '60s. And as it happens, I have Beatle bangs these days. Coincidence city!
#Raphadramatic snaps from the Leicester Forest Cycling Club's annual road race in September 2014.
Please don't pinch my pictures. If you'd like to use them, then let me know. I probably won't charge, but it's nice to be nice, right?
My main Flickr stream, that has less pictures of men in lycra, is here: www.flickr.com/photos/placid_casual/

Project 50 - Day 21
Sunday 15th July was a bit of a busy day, so I only managed to get a few shots of the cat at the last minute.
Some more bonus cliché processing for you though - Enjoy :)

Just played a little too much with the colors (I'm not a big fan of post-processing an image too much though). Darkened the dark, and made the skies a shade vibrant.
=)
yes, this really is our backstage area in Vegas... a little overprocessed as Mike was in deep shadow... hence the slightly HDR look...
The lonely tree in the middle of a field along the Waterloo Pinckney Trail.
I didn't have much light to work with, soaking wet from earlier rain, and many mosquitoes were looking to me as a buffet. This was probably my best shot of the night. A little overprocessed, but I kept going back to this compared to other less processed tries. Shot with a wide lens converter.
2 exp, .dng, exported with ufraw, and post processed in GIMP
Yeah. I'm excited. So. tell me what you want to see of me in the next seven days . All reasonable offers will be considered.

most olf the sunflowers were dead by the time we got over to the park, but there were a few here and there that weren't.
The Three Sisters are Canmore’s iconic mountains, and I spent a lot of time trying to take a really good picture of them. The weather wasn’t terribly cooperative, and finding a good vantage point was harder than I anticipated, so I'm not terribly happy with any of the results I got. This panorama is a bit overprocessed, and I’ll probably upload a revised version when I figure out how to get the effect I want.
This High Dynamic Range panorama was stitched from 57 bracketed RAW images with PTGUI Pro, tone-mapped with Photomatix, and touched up in Aperture.
