"over-processed"
Thank you for your kind visit. Have a wonderful and beautiful day! ❤️❤️❤️
Had a little fun overprocessing this one. Was hoping for a colorful sunrise, but it was very underwhelming today.
This is how I feel Snow is this year just an abstract idea, This is the same shot I put in yesterday of the Snowy Footbridge done to the theme on Smile on Saturday which is Over Processed but the question is can you ever over process 😉
Thank you for taking the time to view my images - I really appreciate it. I will try to visit your sites in due course. Flickr has so many wonderful photos that inspire me to experiment and try harder with my own photography.
I basically went to town on this older shot. It was already immersed in some fog and I enhanced it with a touch of blur in photoshop. I love this blur effect.

"We are travelers on a cosmic journey, stardust, swirling and dancing in the eddies and whirlpools of infinity. Life is eternal. We have stopped for a moment to encounter each other, to meet, to love, to share. This is a precious moment. It is a little parenthesis in eternity."

For the Smile on Saturday! ;-) theme: "Over-processed" I used my own origami Star-Flower photo (see first comment box).
Enjoy your weekend ;-)
Smile On Saturday: "Over-processed" theme
It's an image I've had sitting around for a while but never posted, so this theme seemed like a good opportunity. It started out as a shot of a lone Great Blue Heron in flight.

Addendum: At [https://www.flickr.com/photos/muffett68]'s suggestion, I have placed a link to the original image in the first comment box.
I liked the way the colors came out in toothbrush shots so I just couldn't put it down. This is a crop from, "Things That Make No Sense: Toothbrush Romance" (see first comment) Hope it makes you smile. BTW: I just couldn't pass up a submit for the Smile On Saturday group: "Over-processed" HSoS
Barker Dam at Joshua Tree NP. This is my pic for todays "Sliders Sunday" contest, so it's "slightly" overprocessed...☺ Nonetheless it fits in my Joshua Tree series....
I have no hardware for editing so I did what I could. Pretty bad but....done over and over and then over again to get this effect. Hehehe

Theme: Over Processed
Scene created for Smile on Saturday! theme Over-processed using Deep Dream Generator, Ribbet and Snapseed. HSoS everyone!
I'm not normally a sunrise type of gal (i.e. not a super early riser), but while on vacation and caught up on my sleep, I noticed it was about time for the sun to rise. Opened the front door of our rental condo and this was my view. I know that those clouds look as if they are overprocessed, but I actually toned the color and contrast back in this shot to mellow it out a bit. Note to self, you should take in more sunrises.

Tomorrow's Macro Mondays theme is "Bubbles". Back in May 2021, I had experimented with photographing soap bubble planets for the theme "Soap". Back then, I had four nice-looking, usable images of rainbow planets in the end, and I've always wanted to upload the other three photos, one at a time, "peu à peu", but somehow, I never got around to doing so. But what better opportunity to present one of these "outtakes" is there than the eve of another "bubbly" theme. So here it is: rainbow planet No. 2 :) Duly overprocessed for Sliders Sunday with several mask layers in Lightroom and some extra vibrancy added in Color Efex with the "Reflector Efex" filter.
You can find a link to my original "Soap" theme photo in the first comment. If you are interested in how to photograph soap bubble planets, you'll also find links to a few tutorials in the description of that first bubble planet photo.
I will try and take some new bubbles for tomorrow's "Bubbles" MM theme, let's see if I can come up with anything nice, if not, I'll skip ;) Wishing you a lovely first Sunday of Advent and Happy Sliders Sunday, dear Flickr friends!

Merge of 3 photos of the storm above my garden. There were at least 3 lightnings every 10 sec!

Hello my amazing Flickr friends !
Today is a pink or purple day at Color My World Daily and the theme at Smile on Saturday is over-processed….
At first, I wasn’t sure about this concept but then I told myself: we live only once, lets over-process this picture !
And by now, you know me: colors are usually my favorite elements to over-process in my pictures (sometimes I also like to play with gravity.)…
So how about a pink elephant and a green and dark purple cow (apparently you can have mint flavor milk with this kind of cow !!) riding on his back while both are standing on a pink chess bord.
What do you think : is that over-processed enough for this theme ?
Happy CMWD and happy SOS to all !!
Have a beautiful day my friends !! And see you later !!
Thank you so much for all your lovely comments / favs/ general support / happy thoughts!! Stay safe and well!! And see you soon on Flickr !!
