This is on Outer Cove Beach, just down the road/hill/cliff from my house. Huge schools of tiny fish called caplin would swim ashore each spring (?) to spawn, and people would go down to catch them. As you can see, it wasnt really hard to do. They'd just beach themselves. Note the awesome 80's clothing, my shorts and shoes in particular.
