The outer wall of Angkor Wat (an early 12th century Hindu-Buddhist temple complex) contains bas relief galleries. The reliefs sculpted on the eastern section of the southern gallery represent 37 ‘Heavens’ and 32 ‘Hells’ derived from the Indian tradition. This is a section of one of those bas reliefs that depicts one of the ‘Hells’.

We ate at an awesome restaurant: Outer Banks Brewing Station. It's a brewery that is totally wind-powered! Toby was able to drink his weight in beer, and I was able to get some hushpuppies (and fried okra!).
