I think the large building on the left was Crawford's Biscuits factory

Momma and papa burrowing owls watch over the burrow carefully. Every now and then, mama runs across the field to capture a beetle, bringing it back to the nest. She steps down toward the burrow and leans slowly forward, handing it off to her little ball of fuzz that remains carefully out of site. It is the only indication anyone has that in that burrow lies the next generation of owls. After a long period of time, a tiny fuzzy head appears to take a glimpse of the world that will soon be his. Ooops…. he is suddenly stunned by my presence on the horizon and gazes at me intently for a minute or so, before returning to the safety of the burrow . #BurrowingOwls
Sandhill Crane Festival, Monte Vista, CO - I found this special moment while reviewing some older shots from this Spring's Sandhill Crane Festival in the San Luis Valley. It appears that one of the cranes got its flight plan mixed up and fell in with some Canada Geese. This sort of thing didn't happen often, the birds were amazingly good at staying within their own ranks despite there being thousands of birds coming and going from these feeding grounds ...

This is what us photographers like to refer to in the business as the point of no return. A decision has been made. There is no maybe at this point. Commitment is 100%. As the jumper ponders the calls from below he suddenly and apprehensively questions in his mind in those split seconds after his feet leave the ground ".. did they just yell "jump" or did they all just shout "don't jump".
