Although is not time again for planes in here, this was so cool to not share, yesterday's amazing time flying on board Duxford's magnificent Dragon Rapide. Need to fly again on such a real plane :)
Great time with friends on a "blitz" visit to IWM Duxford.
Aunque todavía no tocaban los aviones por aquí, no he podido aguantarme compartir con vosotros el estupendo vuelo a bordo del increíble Dragon Rapide de Duxford. Necesito volver a volar en un avión de verdad :)
Un día estupendo con amigos en una visita relámpago al IWM Duxford.

When I was taking sunset shots on the beach in Whitby, the family came to the shore. I thought they can be a lovely accent of the photo.

The desert of Namib in the south-west of Namibia is considered as the oldest desert in the world. At the bottom of the orange dunes of Sossusvlei you can find the « vlei », thoses acients lakes that form white sand areas. The most famous is « dead vlei » and its dead trees at the bottom of the huge dune 45.

I think traveling is a good therapy for photographers who wants to take pictures without really thinking about the composition and all the other good stuff -- because if you see something that you like, you've got to snap it away or it'll just fly past you (and the moment will be lost forever).

I am by no means a Macro photographer, I don't even have the gear for that, but I absolutely love spiders and love your group!
Here a beautiful one, shot at the "On Air" art exhibition at the Palais de Tokyo in Paris where many wonderful spider webs are featured. The artist is Tomás Saraceno, who put some ten thousand spiders at work and he's getting all the glory on their behalf :))
The exhibition itself is pretty impressing, I went twice!
I don't know what happened to the lovely creatures that worked on the webs, I do hope that they are back to their habitat safe and sound.

Took a shot at the Philippines airforce's old UH-1 helicopter. I was trying to upload this and tried to enhance it with photoshop. I played around with the "levels". Then I noticed that at this setting, the photo brings back images of photos of the vietnam war from magazines and books that I use to see from history books. The Huey was an integral part of the cavalry back then of the US armed forces. One magazine shows almost exactly the same image as shown here, with the pilot somewhat visible. In one of the raids at the outskirts of Ho Chi Min.
I can almost hear the song "Paint it Black" in my mind.
