ODT ~ April 25 ~ Tilted Horizon
Last October I was taking photos of herrons on Lake Conway and leaning against a tree when this little fellow decided to crawl over my arm. After leaping 50 yards screaming in 2.8 seconds I came back to retrieve my camera and see what had so ferociously attacked me. To my surprise it was this little fellow. I was still shaking so bad I got the horizon tilted in the final shot.
The first shot was taken shortly after Sammy and I first met in college in 1956; the second one was taken at the 50th anniversary bash our family put on for us last weekend. I had some things I was going to write under these photos, but I decided it all sounded kinda corny, so I'll just let the photos speak for themselves.

For images and stories of this nature, I have put together a set called Our Life Story depicting our life together over the past half century and containing over 200 images and descriptions which, for the most part, are in chronological order. Check it out and tell me what you think of it.

While killing some time in Rotterdam, I saw these clouds reflected in some shiny office building.

Happy Sliders Sunday!
there are few photos I over process...this is probably the #1 exception. It was edited in photoscape which is a really nice little free downloadable program.
bumpy - odt...I think NY has the worst roads I've ever been on...comparable to the outback. As you can see the footpaths are no exception!
thank's so much for stopping by...your comments are always thoroughly enjoyed! please bear with me as my blackberry is slow & tedious and I'm waiting for your photo to load ;)
A good book, a cuppa coffee, my dog at my feet and my wife Sammy sitting across from me capturing this image ~ I'd be hard pressed to find a way to improve on this. This shot was taken one afternoon in a secluded corner of our back yard that Sammy has created for her morning "Quiet Time," and sometimes she lets me join her, though I would never intrude on her morning meditations...
For this image I applied just a touch of "Painting-Venice" in Topaz Adjust.
