An odd rock found in and among layers that contained Carboniferous fossils. Any chance this is petrified wood?

1940's Rare Pre-War Campagnolo Schwinn Superior Track Pista Bicycle serial # B19 - $600 (Northbrook)

model name / number: SUPERIOR

serial number: B-198

size / dimensions: 21"

Extremely Rare! 1940's Schwinn Superior track bicycle. This bicycle got redone in the 70's and during that time they put on the 70's decals. The serial number is B-198 which is pre-war. It is a family bike, our uncle road for team Schwinn in the 70's. During that time he bought this bike and prepped it for casul races. The bike is equipped with campagnolo components (hubs, crank, seat post ect) there is also a Titan neck stem, cinelli bars, and cinelli seat. The bike originally came with wood wheels but we do not have those. This is a beautiful and rare bike and we would like to see it go to Some one as passionate about bikes as our uncle was. Feel free to ask questions and come see the bike.

A little over a year ago I was in Calgary working on a film. The apartment I lived in for six months had a basement that was 'unfinished'...concrete walls, only industrial lights and no furniture...so it seemed like an ideal place for some image-play. The series of images that resulted I originally posted on Fotolog under the title of 'Basement Tapes'. For the first images I used myself in the image...a month later the totally captivating, mesmerizing Qua came to Calgary for a lovely visit and we did a series of images together in the basement....then some really weird shit started to happen. I'm not saying he's odd personality-wise. This guy just seemed a little out of place. I don't think he was there for the Omaha SlutWalk itself, though he marched. I think he was handing out pro-cannabis pamphlets and things. (But I'm not positive about that.)

This odd guy "chills" with all the other ducks and geese down by the high school. One of the regular ladies who stops to feed them says she thinks he's paired up with the one white goose. Anyone know what the heck this is??!!!

This immature Cowbird was foraging on the path with the female House Sparrow in the foreground. The sparrow may be the Cowbird's involuntary adoptive parent; female Cowbirds lay their eggs in the nest another species with no regard to relative size. I saw House Sparrows raising a Cowbird another time at Rithet's Bog.

I call them, the three amigos.

On Sunday I had the pleasure to hike amongst wild horses. This has been on my bucket list for a very, very long time. It exceeded my wildest expectations.

Took this picture of mirror, got this purple and greenish glow? looked at mirror at every angle couldn't detect anything. Thought it odd.

With Amtrak units 120 and 114 both dead the BNSF came to the rescue in the form of a ES44C4 6954 and a C44-9W #4516 that head up train #8 shown here at Elm Grove WI running east on the main that is traditionally used for westbound trains. All in all, a little bit of oddness today.
