Every individual making an origami bird to one making a giant robotic arm is considered a maker and Maker Fest celebrates this epiphany of innovators, creators and designers ranging from a weaving artist to a rocket scientist. It is the platform for people who create magic using the technology hidden under the roof. Stretching from every corner of India, it is all about developing a great maker community in the country where people can learn and share in depth about the art. It is a trigger to a giant explosion of creativity that buzzes inside every innovator to showcase the resourcefulness of possessed knowledge by implementing it to a greater use.
Maker Fest is the Indian continuation of Maker Faire hosted across America, Europe, Africa and Japan, among others. Maker Faire, which launched in California, USA in 2006, now hosts hundreds of thousands attendees twice a year across California and New York. It is the amalgamation of festivals celebrating the innovators and an art show with all the booths for inventors and demonstrations and workshops for attendees. Creators, artists and hobbyist across the country are invited to present their contemporary applications of ideas using the vast ocean of art, science and technology. Also, it is non-commercial and free for the public to attend.
Maker Fest monumentalizes not only the final product but also the learning and explorations one faced during the making of something new using the already established. Come together to build up an enormous community of Makers in India as India is renowned of having the greatest intellectual horsepower among other countries of world.

Oculus Connect 2018 (OC4) was held in San Jose, CA, where engineers, designers, and creatives from around the world come together to push virtual reality forward.
This year, SJPL TeenHQ hosted an OC4 session that featured new and upcoming virtual reality software.
Oculus Quest được chính thức ra mắt vào ngày 21/5/2019 được xem là cuộc cách mạng thực tế ảo mới. Chiếc kính này là sự kết hợp hoàn hảo giữa sự thoải mái vfa công nghệ cao cấp phục vụ người dùng. Những tiện ích của Quest bao gồm: không có dây cáp, không cần PC và không có cảm biến.
Thiết kế của Oculus Quest cũng khác xa so với các mẫu kính thực tế ảo đang có trên thị trường ở chỗ chiếc kính này có chế độ chuyển cho phép người dung có thể tận hưởng và bước ra khỏi thế giới VR mà không cần phải tháo kính của mình ra. Bốn máy ảnh trên kính có tác dụng ghép nối các thế giới thực lại với nhau thành hình ảnh rõ nét. Tấm che trên mắt cho phép người dùng có thể lật lên để thực hiện các tác vụ đơn giản như: nghe điện thoại, uống nước,...mà không cần tháo kính.
Oculus Quest bao gồm tấm nền màn hình OLED kép với độ phân giải màn hình 1440 x 1600 mỗi mắt giống như Oculus Rift, và tốc độ làm mới 72Hz nhờ bộ xử lý Qualcomm Snapdragon 835. Với bộ vi xử lý này, chất lượng hình ảnh vẫn khá thấp khi so với Oculus Rift tuy nhiên hình ảnh mang lại khá trực quan và sinh động. Ngoài ra, tốc độ khung hình trên Quest được đánh giá là ổn định và giảm bớt cảm giác say sóng, chóng mặt cho người dùng.
Oculus Quest có hơn 50 ứng dụng và trò chơi để bạn có thể thoải máu trải nghiệm. Bên cạnh đí, bộ điều khiển Touch của Oculus Quest cũng rất dễ dàng cho người dùng. Oculus Quest có sẵn với hai mô hình: 64 GB với giá 399 USD (8,7 triệu đồng) và 128 GB với giá 499 USD (10,9 triệu đồng).
