Less pretty but even more healthy when covered in nutritional yeast flakes! One of my better food attempts during the nauseous phase.
Nutritious, attractive and of course tasty are the words to describe this meal . It can also be nicely eaten with pineapple or orange juice, just to give you the perfect dinner. It is also said to be one of Jamaica’s favourite dish.

Narso and her family used to grow enough nutritious food on their small parcel of land to last them for months. But a severe drought affecting large swaths of land in Pakistan destroyed grain crops and left the family—and many others in the village—without enough food to eat. Narso and her husband are disabled, so their only source of income during the drought was the small earnings of their youngest son, who worked as a helper in a house a village away. In response, Presbyterian World Service & Development collaborated with local partners to distribute food packages to families affected by the drought. “I have been saved from taking out loans, selling my livestock and borrowing food,” shares Narso.

I've started eating healthier, and my new favorite snack is apples and peanut butter.
The yumminess puts a smile on my face!
Flavorful enchilada filling baked inside spaghetti squash. A fun meal that’s highly nutritious, lower in carbohydrates and higher in fiber.
Ingredients
2 small spaghetti squash, cut in half and scoop the seeds out
2 cups of cooked and shredded chicken (optional, could be made vegetarian)
16 oz Las Palmas enchilada sauce (or your favorite sauce)
15 oz can low-sodium black beans
1/2 cup corn
1/3 cup black olives
1/4 cup torn cilantro + more for garnish
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, reduced fat 2%
2 avocados (optional) for topping
Preparation
1. If you don't have have your chicken already prepared or have leftovers, cook the chicken breasts and shred or dice.
2. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti squash. Two methods to cook the squash: #1- Microwave by placing squash in a baking dish, cut size down and fill the dish with an inch of water. Microwave on high for about 8-12 minutes (rotating a few times) or until the outside is soft enough to be pierced with a fork. #2- Brush inner flesh with oil, season with salt and pepper and roast in a 400 F oven, cut side up in a baking dish until tender, about 30-40 min.
3. Mix together the chicken, enchilada sauce, beans, corn, olives, cilantro and cheese (save some of the cheese for topping).
4. Scrap the sides of the spaghetti squash so the "noodles" are tossed and more loose.
5. Divide the enchilada mixture between the squash boats and top with the extra cheese you saved.

Wax nutritious for nails and cuticles. I bought this little charming pot from Granado's drugstore. They have a cute "pin up" line of products called "Granado Pink". This wax has a lovely smell of something I couldn't recognize, but really nice. And I loved the way they've sent me the products. Inside the box I found a paper bag, the wax and a few of free products they've sent for me to try. Oh and also some really nice cards.

A non profit organization Food not Bombs prepared a delicious, nutritious good for homeless in Houston. Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8pm and Sunday at 7pm at 521 Lamar St., 77002 (The Houston Downtown Public Library Courtyard).
I was told that the organization feed usually 100-150 hungry people that show in that location.

Members of the legume family, broad beans are one of our oldest beans. They are pretty hardy, adaptable, extremely nutritious, high in protein, easy to grow and now I can see easy to foto, but there is just one issue for me, in that I don’t eat them.
I would love to be positive about them but there is something about their size that even when fresh out of pod and further more grown on Paul and Karin's allotment they don’t appeal to me. The issue is that entire bean in one mouthful is just too much. I shall therefore have to continue to neglect this apparently remarkable sounding vegetable.
