I had no idea the nutritious value of cat tails. I mean, they are quite intriguing to look at and feel, but consuming one never crossed my mind. Native americans used them for many things, so I felt this was appropriate 365 as I was discussing my native american heritage today (which I rarely touch upon).
On another note, my anxiety attacks are getting more frequent by the day, and also migraines. So I attempted an oil painting for the first time and I'm quite proud of the outcome, considering I mostly draw stick figures and scribbles. I'll post it in a comment below:

Getting your child to eat nutritious foods can be difficult, but finding healthy and appealing drinks for your child can be just as tricky. Does the taste of pure milk seem unpleasant to you or your child? Or have you invested years in expensive over-the-counter supplements for your family? I can assure you that from now on, you will not be forced to return to processed "healthy drinks". Nor will you have to look at commercially available "Milk masala powder" that contains no nutrients other than sugar, preservatives, artificial colors, and flavors.
Tea or hot milk works like medicine for many of us. When the day is not going well, we know just the beverage that can fix it or at the least gives us the energy to deal with it. Moreover, when it is going well, a cup of tea can make it even more wonderful. So, for better or for worse, these beverages are what keep us going. Tea is not originally Indian. It was invented by the Chinese, which then the British culturally adopted and made their own. Irrespective, we have wholeheartedly embraced this magical ‘Chai’.

Snacks to Align with Masala Drinks
1.Indori Poha: Gone are the days when breakfast was a sumptuous feast of food that took a long time to prepare. Today, most Indians are engaged in the corporate segment and opt for meals that take less time to prepare, and Poha fits this category perfectly. Its preparation can be as simple or complex as desired. You can make it with plain salt and spices, or add vegetables, peanuts, and other ingredients to taste. Either way, Indori poha will win your heart and keep you full until lunchtime.
2.Suji, Atta, or Cake Rusk Toast: Yes, most of us agree that we've seen our grandparents and parents pair cookies with tea. There are also a wide variety of rusks, such as milk rusk, suji rusk, elaichi rusk, and jeera rusk toast. Also, this goes perfectly with Masala tea or Doodh Masala.
3.Khari: Khari is a traditional Indian snack known by different names in different places. Known as Puff in the states of North India and mostly known as Kali in other states. Whatever you want to call it, we call it a super tasty snack! It's freshly baked, so it's healthy and has a light texture.
If you are a snack lover, you will have a hard time resisting the perfect taste of Indore. With just the right amount of chili and other spices, Indore makes the most delicious treats. But don't worry! You don't have to go to Indore for a cup of tea. You can order without leaving home. Now, if you're pondering who is going to put a significant amount of effort into making this drink, you can easily order it at Indore Online. Pumpkin belongs to the gourd family. It is nutritious and a valuable source of Vitamin A. Bright orange pumpkin is loaded with beta-carotene, an antioxidant. Current research indicates that a diet rich in foods containing beta-carotene may reduce the risk of developing certain types of cancer and offers protection against heart disease.
I especially like its subtle sweet and pleasant taste, Japanese pumpkin is also my mealtime favourite when it is in season. Just like steamed sweet potatoes, steamed pumpkin with its skin on makes a healthy delicious finger food too. After steaming, the pumpkin skin just melted in the mouth, yummy!

Today was the perfect Thanksgiving Wednesday -- we started things off super-duper early with a trip to the gym, then headed out to the Italian bakery for danishes and the cakes we'd ordered for tomorrow's dessert. After a delicious and nutritious breakfast we got into the nutmeats of readying for the holiday. There was much clean-up and early food prep and whining about not wanting to be doing any of that stuff. Then we had some fun shopping errands to do in Princeton, brought sandwiches home from the deli, and got some quality lolling-on-the-couch time in before epic, epic naps. Then, feeling refreshed, we were able to tackle the rest of the clean-up and pre-Thanksgiving food prep before setting in front of the TV to enjoy an evening of "we were so productive today!" self-congratulation.
One of the very important tasks that had to be done today was getting KtG's presents wrapped, because she won't be coming here for Christmas. So Pookie took on that delightful chore, with assistance from The Captain. Hegle was most thrilled with the top from the wrapping paper storage bin, which seems to have been designed exactly to her specifications. It was the perfect Hegle cubby bin for her to supervise the Christmas workshop from.

Onobrychis means "devoured by donkeys", from Ancient Greek ónos (ὄνος, "donkey") and brýkein (βρύκειν, "to eat greedily"). This refers to sainfoin's good properties as a forage plant for large mammalian herbivores.
Sainfoin is derived from Old French sain foin ("healthy hay"). In the words of the 16th-century soil scientist Olivier de Serres. It is a wild plant of cretan flora found on Toupaki hill Episkopi Pediados Heraklion Crete. It is a highly nutritious plant , an important forage for heavy working horses in agriculture, and are still an excellent source of nectar for honey production as well as pollen for bee food.Sainfoin contains condensed tannins, and it is these that protect animals against bloat. Sainfoin has also been shown to increase protein absorption. This, combined with its other health benefits, mean that animals grazing sainfoin have very rapid liveweight gains, so young stock can be finished sooner and with very good carcass grades. Sainfoin is therefore extremely useful to low input and organic farmers.
430 calories, 43% daily intake of fat. Yum.
That being said, they rate a portion as 1/6th of the cake, which is just insane unless you have 2 stomaches.
