Note - image was actually taken using Samsung NX1100 in RAW format and then post processed using Phase One Capture One 7. In order to use Capture One I modify the Camera EXIF data to show it is an NX1000 as NX1100 are not recognised by Capture One.
This was the drawing that went with the note Olivia wrote for Kevin to thank him for helping to paint her room.

NOTES is a series I started in 1968. NOTE TO ERIK was the second one completed but the footage goes back to 1966. When I saw the footage I loved it, but didn't feel ready to deal with it. Seeing Sharon Moss again, who had moved to NYC from Storrs, CT inspired me to return to this footage to make a note to a mutual friend ERIK KIVIAT. It took about 2 years for me to feel I could respond to the generosity of her performance and the images I had gathered and shaped in my camera. Sharon Moss and her cats play and dance naked in the snow.
An art installation made entirely of locks - padlocks, door locks, cabinet and chest locks, car locks, bike locks, locks, locks, locks. Locks we use to secure all we find of value or feel the need to protect. Key Note @ Burning Man 2009
This is the note I found on my windshield after parking in a taxi waiting area on Margaret Island last August. I intend to attach it to the blog entry I made of that experience.

Craigers has been inhaling watermelon, lately.
He likes to cut them in half and spoon the flesh from the rind-bowl. It is adorable.
This note was not, fortunately, attached to my car. I noticed it on someone else's car on my way to class. I considered removing the phone number before posting it, and maybe if this had been the first note, I would have. But the third? I can't have much respect for the privacy of a man who's left three notes on some poor woman's car, particularly when he dots his "i's" with little circles.

هذا الكتاب من الكتب الدقيقة و المهمة جداً حيث يحوي على ملاحظات دقيقة جداً تفيد من يرغب بالسفر في فلسطين و الأردن و لبنان و سوريا فالمؤلف قسم الكتاب إلى 16 فصل بحسب الطرق التي سلكها في تجواله في بلاد الشام فيبدأ رحلته من القنطرة باتجاه القدس ماراً بالعديد من المناطق و منها إلى يافا و من القدس إلى بئر السبع و طبعاً في هذا الطريق يمر من بيت لحم و الخليل و من الخليل إلى باب الواد وكما و يورد ملاحظاته عن كل طريق بالتفصيل ليبدأ بفصل جديد عن الطريق و السفر من القدس باتجاه عمان و المناطق التي يجب أن يمر بها المسافر كما و يبدي ملاحظاته المهمة للسفر من القدس للناصر و من الملاحظ أنه في أغلب الفصل اتخذ القدس مركزاً للانطلاق نحو المناطق الأخرى أما في الفص السابع يتحدث عن السفر من الناصرة لحيفا و من اللد إلى حيفا و منها إلى سمخ و هي منطقة قريبة من بحيرة طبرية و منها إلى دمشق كما و أن الفصل عاشر كان يتحدث عن السفر من الناصرة إلى طبرية و الفصل الذي يله كان للملاحظات التي تهم المسافر في السفر بين عكا و الصفد و قد كان الفصل الثاني عشر مخصص للملاحظات المهمة في السفر بين طبرية و صيدا أما الفصل الثالث عشر فخصص للتحدث عن الطريق بين طبرية و دمشق.
أما الفصل الرابع عشر فقد تحدث عن السفر من حيفا إلى بيروت مروراً بصور و صيدا وصلاً لبيروت و منها إلى شتورا فدمشق و هذا كان موضوع الفصل الخامس عشر ليختم الفصل الأخير بالحديث عن الطريق بين القدس و القنطرة
و الجدير بالذكر بأن الملاحظ قد اشتملت على لمحة مختصرة عن المدينة و المسافة و الزمن اللازم للتنقل بين كل مدينة و أخرى و المناطق التي سيمر بها المسافر في أثناء رحلته و غيرها من المعلومات المفيدة و الدقيقة
