After class, go through your notes as soon as you can. While the points of the class are still fresh in your mind, attempt to fill out any missing parts and organize your notes to make it clear and easy to understand. #notes

I love the obviousness of this and the fact that someone has attempted to open it with a yellow paint covered foot

Jaz left the Elves a note tonight and they left one back on the mirror in the bathroom. Love that Charlie is also wearing shaving cream this morning.

I got to church this morning, not scheduled to work like I usually am, and they needed a light person. So I started doing lights. Then my "boss" told me I should go up to the computer room and do the computer because the guy up there was doing it for the first time today. And there were some special/harder things to it, so I ran upstairs and took over the computer job and he moved to cameras.

During the sermon, the pastor was talking about how it can't all be mountaintops in our lives and one thing I never really thought about was that nothing grows at the top of moutains. That is true, it is fun and exhilirating for a short time, but then it is time to come down again.

Lately, I feel like I am in the valley alot though.

I didn't take any before pictures, because they were just a pair of men's business trousers, and we all know what they look like! This is what I did:

1) Cut off the legs

2) Cut the scallop at the front

3) Made bias binding out of the fabric from legs

4) Sewed bias binding to the hem and blind hemmed it

5) Hand sewed white lace trim (what I had left over from my chemise top) onto the pockets and the scallop

6) Replaced generic plastic buttons with vintage glass buttons (also left over from chemise top)
