Sometimes it feels like this is where I live...It was warmer yesterday but we just had freezing rain this morning.. Spring is playing hide-and seek! My sister made the little props :-)
Off to help Santa with his big lists, and wrappings and trappings for his big ride tonight.
I hope you all have the Merriest Christmas ever. Surrounded by friends and family, and of course full of love, laughter and light.
Thank you, each one who stops and visits, and share a little piece of it here. I am so grateful to all for your support, and many kind words left on my stream

Like every year at this time Santa Claus has to get to work, children all over the world are waiting for him.
In my latest diorama you can see Santa Claus leaving his red cabin at the North Pole to get on his sleigh pulled by two Huskys. He has a long way to go...
This is probably my last MOC for this year and I wish you all Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Day 2 - Pyramiden.
It was a fascinating place....a long walk through the glacial zone took me to the other side of the island on the shore of the Arctic Ocean, which presented me an opportunity to be alone with the nature....

During the 20th century, about 10 percent vanished, followed by a further 3 percent in the first decade of this century alone.
Scientists say rising temperatures, particularly during the summer, and GHGs emissions are largely responsible.
Seeing a glacier disappear is something you can feel, you can understand it and it’s pretty visual.
Do you remember how excited you got when you first realized that red and blue made purple? I thought it was downright magical. And while looking for something for "Perfect Purple Saturday" I got even more excited when I realized the trees at the North Pole shimmer in purple (well lavender really, but will you hold that against me? :-)
