Fortunately she doesn't wear PJs to sleep in. I think this particular night they were my punishment for making her come to MY house to sleep. Threatening me by saying that she'll be walking though my high-rise's lobby in nothing but pajamas and socks is not really enough to overcome my laziness. Nice try thought!
I woke up at 7 o'clock today. That never happens. I thought the lighting in my room was really cool and eery so I got out of bed and took some pictures. I know this is pretty pathetic on my part but today was the first time I shot with manual focus and it's pretty wonderful. Today was the earliest I've ever taken a picture for my 365.
I love how incredibly white my legs are compared to my arms and face, haha. Barely any make up on. Nasty, un-washed hair. Pajamas :p Ya know.
I know this is extremely grainy, I like it that way.
When Bethan agreed to my request to take her photo, I suggested that we find some shade. It was close to midday. Just over the road was the market cross.
Bethan walked with me. I asked if she would be OK sitting on the steps. Bethan was wearing a white summer dress. She looked a bit dubious, so I offered that she could sit on my sports jacket, to protect her outfit from any dirt on the steps. Bethan checked if I was sure, then agreed.
Bethan is an artist and musician. She told me that she used to play sax and keyboards. Bethan believes in the healing power of sound and music. She sings and plays harp to make attunements. You can see her work on Wordpress and listen to more of her music at Soundcloud/Elviea.
Today Bethan had come to Glastonbury, from Avebury, with some friends. Her friends were looking around Glastonbury Abbey. I asked if she had been stopped to be photographed before. She hadn't. Bethan said that she had been told that she was photogenic but had no make up on today. We swapped places once or twice while making portraits; moving my jacket each time, to avoid getting Bethan's dress dirty.

I really hurt my back the other day, so all I could muster photo-wise was to stand in one spot for about 5 minutes. Here's hoping for a quick recovery.

To-let: located in South London this Life has had one, in recent years, careful lady owner. Loves going out to bars, pubs or clubs and shopping, will tolerate the theatre [contemporary only, never ever take it to see something by Sir ALW] but never a musical. Can party hard all night or curl up with a glass of vino collapso in front of EastEnders [let's not pretend that it is cultured or intellectual]. Doesn't drink cocktails [makes exceptions for decent martinis] and likes to think that only organic food passes its lips. Juxtaposed with the late nights this Life will be in the gym at 7am sweating out all that gin. However, it has an annoying habit of listening its favourite songs on repeat so please don't check the itunes play count. Fairly well presented with some subsidence on the ground floor but structurally sound. GSOH. Up for anything once*

Since giving birth I hardly had my picture taken. I think this photo is first I am without a baby which I actually like :)
For example: "I'm going to close my eyes and turn my head. Whoever is taking all those pictures of me needs to put the camera on my desk. You won't get in trouble. Just be honest and give it to me."
Needless to say, the pictures mysteriously kept being taken.=)
a completly raw photo for you guys no makeup. hair not done.pretty much just rolled out of bed, so this is a new year. i never know what is going to happen so i typically dont bother with those new year resolutions. i think they are stupid and pointless. last year was decent but this year im hoping for more but it doesnt seem to be starting off to good. not to crazy about my job anymore but who is. it all just seems so pointless. we spend most of our time at 'work" its suppose to be fun so i thought. when i first started at this job it was fun. im not really sure what happened. i guess this time the depression and not feeling good enough took over. everyone can see it its written all over my face everyday so how do i hide this. how do i just be happy. i know people probably dont read these but oh well read if you want. if you dont then dont
This photo probably marks the end of the very difficult period time of my life… ten years of physical & mental turmoil couldn’t end any other way… I’m glad I found the strength to pull myself out of it.
