Slowly, but surely... I struggled through my run today. Provided, it was after a good amount of squats.. but I still struggled. Because I think all too often, we give up because we think things should be better than they are. And the struggle is too overwhelming. A vision is absolutely necessary, but it's just a dream if you don't take some sort of action to make it happen right away. The most important thing I think one can do is fall in love with the process, because that's where you're spending most of your time. Winning and success lasts for 30 seconds, but it's who you become during that process that you live with day in and day out. Trust the process. Promoting awareness and prevention for stroke. Capt. Petroni's brain accident inspired his kids to develop the program. He could not speak so he scribbled "never quit" on a piece of paper after his stroke/brain bleed.
