You didn't seriously just...

Um... errr... *nervous laughter*

I had fun building it. Why is it crooked? Don't...

Why do you write down every... *nervous laughter again*

A--- *sigh* This is harder then I thought. *nod*

Well, that's all she told me to say, this is the middlest Mouse (and proud of it!).

Hope you like her little build! Thanks for the inspiration! #Nerdvember

Nerdly as Competition Nerd Joystick plugs in and plays himself.

---

I used to have a Commodore 64 and played a lot, esp. Jumpman and Summer Games.

The Competition Pro was the best joystick around.

In 2004, a USB version was released.

Due to a lack of C64-colored bricks I built the VIC-20 instead.

My entry for Nerdvember 2018.

In 1980 everyone wanted to know "Who Shot JR". One of the most talked about "Whodunits" on TV ever, even appearing as a TIME magazine cover. Had to do a more traditional Nerdly. Thanks for the contest!

Bricknerdy for Nerdvember 2023

Nerdly's: where the elite meet to eat.

I had a dream the other night that took place in a diner and was inspired to build this one. Enjoy, you nerds!

Get ready to build, details coming soon.

The third package from the Nerdvember prize barrage comes from Brickloot. This is the first of these subscription service loot boxes that I have received as I haven't been very interested in them because I'm a purist and don't have the money to pay for such a monthly subscription, so it's great to get a free sample like this. Thanks to Brickloot and Bricknerd for sending this to me, and since I assume that the point of these sponsorships is free advertisement, I'll give a quick review of this box.

With Lego introducing the punisher into the world I decided to do a tribute to good old frank castle. This was his very first appearance and a defining moment for his character as an anti hero. Not intended to make it past three storylines he has become abundant in many other character storylines as well and continues to inflict pain on the wretched to this day.

Check out my latest Spiderman MOC, inspired by the 2002 movie. It is made for #nerdvember2021 hosted by #bricknerd.

It sits on a 10x6 base and counts 250 parts, including three minifigures.

Check out the video down here for more details:

Animation is my passion, so when BrickNerd announced that this would be the theme for this year's Nerdvember contest, I was thrilled! So I decided to make a tribute to one of the biggest icons in animation: PIXAR! But instead of simply building Nerdly as a Pixar character, I decided to go with something more unconventional: an animated recreation of the iconic Pixar logo animation - BrickNerd style! I took a digital stop motion approach to the animation process by building each frame in Bricklink Studio and rendering it. It took 141 unique frames and about a day of rendering to complete. I built 16 versions of Nerdly with different poses and expressions to bring BrickNerd's mascot to life using the squash and stretch principle that every animation student learns in their first class when they have to animate a bouncing ball or cube. You can also find the video on YouTube where you can watch it at a slower speed or even frame by frame to see how I used these different builds to make them move: youtu.be/1t7l315okOo

After a long day of keeping adventures out of their dungeon Rupert the Dragon, Bridget the Beholder and James the Gelatinous Cube gather to play a spirited game of Houses and Humans. Now if only those pesky adventures would stop mistaking their RPG books for magical tomes!

NERDvember - "Resistance is futile."

Nerdly Cyborg. Entry number two. retakes later with better lighting.

Inside the Brickloot box there is an electric guitar MOC designed by Joe Meno, a mini music shop build with a bunch of custom printed parts, a USB lighting kit to light the shop, an exclusive art print by Greg Hyland, a rock'n'roll starts minifigure sticker sheet, a custom "Sir Elton" John minifig, and a few cards with info about the contents and the organizations that created them. Pretty neat, especially the Elton John minifig is cool to have after seeing Kingsmen: The Golden Circle. ;-) Although the thing I'm most excited about is the lighting kit.

This is the Brickloot box for December 2017 and the theme appears to be rock'n'roll. I'm not a big music guy, but I do like what I'm seeing here.

Wall-E. Nerdly entry #4.

Got to give Dave a little MOC I built for Nerdvember a couple of years ago.

Marvin the Martin for 2024 Nerdvember contest. Only 10 more days get your Nerdly's built!

A fantasy adventure where Lord of the Rings sort of meets Game of Thrones. The Snow Guardian is just too cool to be left out.

And yes I am double dipping for Nerdvemeber and Brickscalibur, Frozen wilds category.

I'm really happy about this LEGO creation and I also managed to add a couple of NPUs. The dragon was inspired by the horse battle helmet and i manage to add in some lightsaber and a sausage. I am quite happy also about the tree made with rifle and gun.

Nerdvember 2017

Whew, this one was hard to photograph! That's the best I could do.

BANE To celebrate the #Nerdvember2021 I designed a brick-built character bust: BANE. He is one the most famous supervillain of DC Comics, known as the only enemy of Batman who have "broken the bat".

Bane is tortured by a monstrous, terrifying bat creature that appears in his dreams. He is convinced that Batman is a personification of the demonic bat which had haunted his dreams since childhood. Therefore, Bane believes fate placed Batman on a collision course with him.

Bane was a test subject for a mysterious drug known as Venom, which nearly killed him at first, but he survived and found that the drug vastly increases his physical strength, although he needs to take it every 12 hours (via a system of tubes pumped directly into his brain) or he will suffer debilitating side-effects.

I hope you like my MOC 😉 I've been inspired by the Comics and the Nolan's version. That's why the build is a mix of both versions. It's a digital render but the creation is structurally sound and all the pieces used are available physically in the selected colours.

So, what's the plan again?

We're going to the Winchester!

Happy Nerdvember!
