From days of long ago, from the uncharted regions of the nerdy-verse, comes a legend, the legend of Nerdtron: Defender of the 80's! A mighty robot loved by good, feared by evil! This totally tubular titan is comprised of some of the most iconic pop culture vehicles of the 80's, such as the Ecto-1, DeLorean time machine, A-Team Van, and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Party Wagon, and Nerdly forms the head. Sporting a glorious mullet, shoulder pads, and a walkman, our heroic 80's icons are ready to take on the Shredder, Biff, ghosts, or any other evil foe that threatens our nostalgia!
This is my entry for the Nerdvember contest on Bricknerd. If this isn't the nerdiest, most 80's thing you've ever seen, I don't know what is!
A fantasy adventure where Lord of the Rings sort of meets Game of Thrones. The Snow Guardian is just too cool to be left out.
And yes I am double dipping for Nerdvemeber and Brickscalibur, Frozen wilds category.
I'm really happy about this LEGO creation and I also managed to add a couple of NPUs. The dragon was inspired by the horse battle helmet and i manage to add in some lightsaber and a sausage. I am quite happy also about the tree made with rifle and gun.

I can't win the cover art (damn it!) or the other prizes, but I still can build stuff, so here it is, the nerdiest Bad Batch character - Tech. Cause you can build one of 3 different things for the contest - a character bust, an iconic scene or a ship/ vehicle. Or all 3!

Basically tried to comicly adapt this really cool Gentle Giant statue i love, only slightly more nerdified, but then the r2 body came out so clean i had to make it a real r2 head to do him justice. might take a more serious stab at leia too when i have time

Hello everyone! I only saw the Nerdvember contest a few days ago, but when I did see it this came to mind immediately. I was a little rushed, but I think it still came out pretty well, though of course constructive criticism is welcome.

I remember Dad's tales of how he recorded music at 80's and I decided to build GRUNDIG UNITRA MK 232 with tapes.

5 years ago the crew of the Mantis found each other and formed a bond strong enough to hold back the forces of the Empire. But time has passed. There have been many great video games in the past four decades, but one of the games that I'm sure many of us AFOLs remember most fondly is the classic Lego Racers, so for this year's videogame-themed Nerdvember I decided to build BrickNerd's mascot Nerdly as the main antagonist of that game, Rocket Racer, along with his sleek race car. Just like Nerdly, it is at a 3:1 scale. Nerdly Racer's arms, legs, head, and visor are all posable and the wheels and steering wheel on his car turn just like on a real Lego car. Nerdly can be put inside the car, although his legs are a bit wide, so they need to be taken off to do so.

While there are many simple ways to give a regular picture a 3D "style" using custom filters, we wanted to try something a little different and more authentic. This picture is actually a combination of 3 different shots of a Red; Black and a Blue Nerdly... each placed at a slightly different angle.

Give it a try if you have some red and cyan 3D glasses... I think it kinda work but I would love some feedback on this experiment!
This year marks the 30th anniversary of Terminator 2: Judgement Day, one of the greatest action movies of all time, and the Marvel comics of the same title that were released to tie in with the movie release. To celebrate this occasion, I have created a bust of one of the iconic T-800 Endoskeletons as seen in the opening scene for this year's Nerdvember challenge. Built in the same style as official LEGO event exclusive character busts and equipped with two light bricks to light up the eyes with the press of a button on each side of the skull, this detailed display piece is designed to look authentic and make every LEGO and Terminator fan go: "I want that!"

Fantasy Nerdvember inspired me to try my hand at a Nerdly, but I didn't want to build a single one. Instead of figuring out a diorama to neatly incorporate a dragon, a knight, a wizard etc. into one model, I decided to go for the CMF format, which then grew the collection of Nerdlies to twelve. This opened up more possibilities to break the mould: a Nerdly with one eye, sunglasses on the Nerdly that doesn't have eyes at all, party goggles on the jester, pink lenses on the unicorn and a giant Nerdly.
Does this count as a figbarf? If not, then I still haven't made a single one... Fun fact? Maybe not.
Just realised BrickNerd's Nerdvember contest allows you to enter as many times as you like.. so I thought there was just enough time for me to do some last minute entries!
As you might be able to tell from the two builds, I watched The Empire Strikes Back recently! :P
