The Breitling Wingwalkers girls have time for a chat while waiting their turn to display at the RAF Cosford Airshow 2014 on the 8th June 2014. Breitling 1 is N5057V, a Boeing PT-13D Kaydet which was used as a US military trainer during World War 2 with the serial 42-17435. The aircraft behind is Breitling 4, SE-BOG, a Boeing N2S-3 Kaydet from the other side of US military service, being the former BuAe 07524 of the US Navy.

The embossed leather seat of "Old Crow". This Boeing B75N1 Stearman was built for the US Navy in 1942 as a model N2S-3 Bu.07609. After WWII it was declared surplus and in 1947 it was converted to a model B75N1 and became a crop duster. In 1991 it came to the Netherlands as "Old Crow" and in 2006 it was restored to todays immaculate condition. It operates with "The Storyteller" at Lelystad, Holland. July 2010

Really like how it seems the sky is blurred, but not so much the near invisibility of the prop on this one. Nice thing is I have it on good authority this Stearman is going to become a regular photo subject of mine... more news to come.
