Note: On 2 March 2016 shortly after takeoff from Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) Palm Springs, California on a local sightseeing flight, the engine experienced a partial loss of power about 400 feet above ground level and the auircraft crashed causing substantial damage. There was one serious injury and was one minor injury
In June 2020 it was registered retaining N63555 to Southern Aircraft Consultancy Inc.
