Available with a 2.0 itre Ford Zetec or 2.5 litre V6 Duratec engines.

The Ford Cougar was sold in Europe and Australia and was Fords second attempt to introduce a large Coupe to follow the earlier successes of the Capri, and followed the Mazda MX6 based Ford Probe. Just as the Capri had been based on the Cortina, the Cougar was based on the large family car available at the time, the Mondeo. Like the Ford Probe, the 1998 Cougar was sold and built in the United States. Although cars destined to be sold in Europe and the UK were finished in Ford's Köln plant in Germany, where the cars had European specification lighting installed, Ford badges applied and in the case of UK and Australian cars, converted to right hand drive, (In the US it was branded as the Mercury Cougar).

Meizu MX6 goes official: a 5.5" slim metal phone with a fast camera and affordable price3

I decided to build a bike from my Ibex Ignition parts I had left over after that frame broke.

One thing missing is a front derailleur, as I was waiting on a 31.8 shim to be able to fit it to the new seat tube.

I had a lot of fun putting this together, and it actually rides and tracks really well.

Spotted out and about.

These used to be quite common back in the day. They aren't overly sporty in turbo trim but have a quite robust four cylinder engine. This one is suffering a bit from non-standard hubcaps but otherwise quite nice.

Rumors say Meizu MX6 to be announced in July – bigger than the Pro 6, more modest hardware10

It's Friday night, TV is rubbish and can't sleep.

I've never been one for raves, partying and getting drunk etc when I was in my early 20's. I always liked having a good quality car. I was reminiscing about the old days and found a picture of my pride and joy. Before I had this car, I had a Mazda MX6. I had stopped smoking and used the money I was saving on cigarettes to buy the Mazda.

To celebrate having the Mazda, I lit up a cigarette!......couldn't afford the two cars and cigs, so the mazda had to go. The insurance on the Nissan was a group 20, and cost more than the Mazda, a nightmare to insure in your early 20's.
