Chippy took this, thanks Chippy.

I love this photo, I think it's me explaining to Emma how to get to Birmingham the long way round from Marylebone.

Caleb would give General Burnside a run for his money.

In trying to grow mutton chops for halloween, I have come to the conclusion that I would have been easier to grow a full beard and then cut into it when the time was right. What I did instead was to let my side burns grow down and out. They usually extend evenly, but as I let them grow forward I had trouble keeping them even. Side burns are easily kept even by finding landmarks on each ear. As I ventured away from this "coast" however, landmarks are harder to find and one is easily distracted. So now I've nearly shaved them off.

Some awesome competitors in the Sideburns Category, on a BOAT!

Photos from the parade the day before the World Beard and Moustache Championships, 2009.

Arlo just had a haircut. That's his owner Triko in the background. The one with the beer.

Rode my funny bike today to the Motor Vehicle Commission. I now have a very funny driver's licence.

Maybe it's just the muttonchops, but I think this guy looks like an older, slightly huskier, Patrick Stump (Fall Out Boy).

[UPDATE:]

Well it ends up that my image was used because I had it listed as Creative Commons. The person who responded to my email said it was not commercial usage and that it was only giving notice of a community meeting. I can't read German, so haven't double checked that.

I thought I had removed all my images from the Creative Commons usage, but I was wrong. Initially, I had emailed the website without response. Later, I went back and saw the English section and emailed that. The response was rapid and my image was removed. I removed my screenshot of their website from public view as per their request.

I believe no bad intentions were at play here.

People are still basically good.

So I've officially found the first unauthorized commercial use of one of my photos (with me in it, no less). Not sure if they got it from Photoshelter or Flickr, but they haven't responded to my emails to take it down, pay me, or at least give photo credit. What to do...

Tropic Thunder? I can feel it and hear it.

I couldn't resist a little Photoshoppery with Dave's portrait.

So we left the car in LA, flew to Vancouver, and boarded the Carnival Cruise ship going to Anchorage, AK. the cruise was quite the experience...dining was all you can eat, about 21 hours a day...including free room service. You just gotta pay for soda and alcohol.

Andrew sports his new muttonchops during soundcheck.

I think the muttonchops are what really make this costume perfect.

some prod shots ive done for some brands

My friend grew out some awesome friendly mutton chops, then decided to shave them for charity. We wanted to document the tomfoolery. These are a few samples, rough edits; I have, well over, 900 more shots to look over.

Before I gave my muttonchops a major trimming.

Mother has been on my case to look more civilized, an besides I was about to go to a fancy party -- and most of all I had an interview for a position as a private investigator!

Frenzy Lohan of the Night Terrors and Otto Erotic of Harm City Homicide at the afterparty, with referee Virginia Slim's mighty muttonchops looming in the foreground.
