very unhappy with the cable-stuff of my tv-set we order on eb*y an old ammo-box (not in green! - that was not easy.).
then i finished the box with a multitool, fire (torch/soldering lamp), linseed oil and osmo hard-wax.
i think it was fine.
This is called a picatinny tool. It is supposed to be used for CTC rifle sight rails or something. Whatever. I use it as the best pocket multi tool ever made for someone with small hands. It has a belt clip. A phillips, flat, Torx 20 and Hex3/32 bits. (they are on the back and I put tape over them cause they slide out easy.) A scraper/large flat screw driver and pry thingy. A round push rod that works perfect for control wire terminal blocks. Worth it just for that. The knife part is really sharp and the serrated cuts through zip ties like butter. Best multi tool for a plant operator ever. It is made by Columbia River Knife and Tool.
I did some over-due knife sharpening today. Comments and suggestions very welcome. Thanks for looking and have a great weekend!¡!
comes with nylon sheath and diamond blade/fishing hook sharpener. this tool is aimed towards the fisherman.
The hole in the stem of the fork has a function, but what about those two little curved holes in the base of the fork? Those are hand-driilled and a lot of work.

Everyone carries a Leatherman multitool on these trips, but they're really not great for doing much work on a bike. At any rate, I learned on this trip that multitool pliers aren't wide or narrow enough to fix a crank arm. I had to limp into Breezewood to get a socket wrench.
The first place I came to (Valero) had these two sets. I didn't think the small one was big enough for the bolt, and I didn't want to spend $30 on the bigger one. The second place (Exxon) had nothing. Sunoco had the cheaper one but I didn't get it. Shell had the cheaper one, and by this point I was getting desperate and bought it. When I got it out to the bike, it was obvious that none of its sockets were big enough, and stupidly I didn't take it right back in for a refund. Finally, I went to Flying J where they had the same two sets. I couldn't talk them into taking the set I had already bought off of my hands, so I got stuck with both at a total cost of $40. I was glad to have it, the return trip would have been MUCH harder without it. But $40 for tools I already had at home was a tough pill to swallow. You better believe this socket wrench and a socket to fit every bolt on my bike are now a part of my long haul kit.

Got my wife this for Mother's Day. I bought one that was in great condition but had a jacked up sheath and one that was a bit worn looking (scratches and dull blade) but had a decent sheath. So now we have his and hers Flairs. Win win!¡! This one has date codes 0799 on both handles.

"…It was my first outing with my new Mora Knife. I wanted something inexpensive that could hold up a bit better than my SAK for general fire-prep and shelter construction, so I got in touch with Ru of ru-titley-knives. He recommended the Mora knife to me, which I remembered seeing on ITS Tactical (here) where Bryan gave his Mora Fire Knife (ITS version) some seriously high praise. So with the backing of ITS and Ru I decided to pick one up. I can truly say it was one of the heroes of the trip, it barely saw it’s sheath. With us we had a few very old and well used billhooks, two Bacho Laplanders, a few pocket knives/multitools and a felling axe, so this filled in the middle ground of the ‘sharps’ selection…"
