Moved the saddle up a little at the nose and the levers up a bit on the bars. Much more comfortable now. Added a small saddle bag with a spare tube, tyre levers and multitool.

Mein Wohnungswechsel hatte mein vermisstes Schweizer Taschenmesser "Victorinox Outrider" wieder zutage gefördert.
Manches musste ich ja in fremde Hände geben, u. a.
A little story to explain the photo:
My missing Swiss Army Knife "Victorinox Outrider" brought to light my change of residence. When the wardrobe was dismantled, it was behind. I don't know how it got there. It was still open and there was adhesive residue from packing tape on the blade. No idea what I was doing back then, because it must have fallen down from the top of the wardrobe. I don't climb the ladder for no reason, the cupboard is over 2 m high.
After 2014, because of this loss, I grudgingly bought a similar model, but now with a few more tools, a "Victorinox Workchamp". I had originally assumed that I might have accidentally picked up the "Outrider" with crumpling paper or the like while disposing of renovation waste and threw it away. Because back then I was renovating my former apartment in Pirna, a condominium that I haven't lived in since 2012, in order to repair the damage caused by the rental nomad. In 2016 I sold the apartment at a loss because I was under pressure. The second, much nastier line of thought was that one of the craftsmen who was busy in my absence let it go. I had to give some things into stranger's hands, including Electrician, door and window builder. Occasionally I gave them the keys to their apartments.
This knife was - I suspected - perhaps with other tools on the window sill. I like to use window sills as a shelf for handicrafts.
But now it has reappeared with a 7 year delay.
It's perfectly clear - IT'S ONLY ONE OBJECTIVE - but I could never explain the disappearance to myself. Above all, this was in connection with the trauma of the damage caused by the rental nomads and repaired by me and by craftsmen. Now I could finally clear up this memory.

stupid thumb stud and groove design make the scissors a pain to pull out, as opposed to the smooth action of the blade. equally irritating is the liner lock on the scissors and action of returning the tool back into the handle. cutting performance is great nevertheless.

Got my wife this for Mother's Day. I bought one that was in great condition but had a jacked up sheath and one that was a bit worn looking (scratches and dull blade) but had a decent sheath. October 3
We'd hoped the power would be back on this morning when we got up, but it wasn't. I drove to work and tried to charge on a Blink station, but I found out that only ONE of the six chargers on campus is functioning. I really wish those stations had a number to call on them or something. I have no idea how to report them as busted.
This morning we filmed some people blending spinach in the Chilton test kitchen for the holiday video. This afternoon I met with Pam Padilla about using her lab as the opening shot for the video as well. She was surprisingly stoked about it! I had to leave work early to make sure I got my package from RED. The multitool I ordered from them back in April(?) finally came! The thing is actually super cool.
Less cool is the fact that when I got home,t he power was still out! I opened the fridge for the first time since the outage, and it was room temperature inside. I had no choice but to toss all the ruinables. I checked the freezer and it was the same deal. I did find some chicken in there with a freeze-by date of October 2012, so maybe it was time for a forced clean-out. This is everything that was ruined by the power outage.
So I guess we learned our lesson: Eat out every day and never buy groceries! Right? YES! Sounds right to me!
I'm glad the bottle opener holds itself on the cap, as I needed both hands to take the picture.

@dailyshoot: 2010/08/25: Make a photo of a tool today. Screwdriver. Pliers. Computer. What's the tool you find most important on a daily basis? #ds283
As purchased many years ago at REI, thus tool is for biking, but it's been my main keychain, and is most frequently used for the hook ended beverage lid remover.
Popped into Mr Minit for a perv of the new stock . Me Minit had one he had been using for awhile and offered it to me at a discount at $220
I offered him $150 cash which he took with another $20 on credit card...
I had withdrawn $200 to carry as EDC..
I still carry my #Juice, and the #SAKalox MiniChamp all the time in a pocket..
This #edcSurge has been 'run in' and all the tools are easy to open and use. I got the shop guy to put a better edge on the main blade, only one, not like on all my #SAKedc, which also has a corkscrew (for undoing tight knots) and very useful toothpick!
I thought after spending $177. In Woolies nearly a $100 on Whisky then $150 in the chemist, I thought what the heck, then $42 on sushi and another tenner to the Salvos to pay for our 45 minute chat…
Now have the new one but as stiff as ever.
Am watching "Alone in Tasmania" on SBS and I agree with the contestants I would take a #Leatherman rather than a #SAKedc or #SAKalox as a survival multitool, but it would have to be a model with the blade on the outside like the #SurgeSurge but smaller like the Rebar but not with the tools hidden inside and requiring the pliers to be opened first....
