200131: I ordered Rosemary brushes before the brexit came. Many. 😂 I wanted to try them for a long time, but found it difficult to make a selection on the website. I then ordered a catalogue, (thanks for the tip, @_steinwaelzer_!), it worked great. I was happy that the brushes arrived, because the shipping address was... creative. My name is now Jobson-Marwodel (which I like quite well!), and the company name had not been written onto the package. I don't know how this came about, but it all arrived! The brushes are great! The R15 unfortunately had a VERY loose cap, which I could not fix satisfactorily even by squeezing the cap . But the complaint went very smoothly and obligingly. Thanks for the top service, @rosemarybrushes!

200131: Ich habe lieber nochmal schnell Rosemary Pinsel bestellt, bevor der Brexit kam. Viele. 😂 Ich wollte die schon lange ausprobieren, fand es aber schwierig, auf der Webseite eine Auswahl zu treffen. Ich habe dann einen Katalog bestellt, (danke für den Tipp, @_steinwaelzer_!), damit ging es super. Ich war happy, dass die Pinsel ankamen, denn die Versandadresse war... kreativ. Ich heiße jetzt Jobson-Marwodel (was mir ziemlich gut gefällt!), und der Firmenname war nicht angegeben worden. Keine Ahnung, wie das zustande kam, aber es kam alles heil an. Die Pinsel sind super! Der R15 hatte leider eine SEHR lose Kappe, die ich auch durch durch Zusammenquetschen nicht zufriedenstellend richten konnte. Die Reklamation verlief aber sehr problemlos und zuvorkommend. Danke für den Top-Service, @rosemarybrushes!
