Soldiers from the Bowling Green-based 189th Multi-role Bridge Company, 276th Engineer Battalion, 91st Troop Command compete in the unit's best squad competition Sept. 22 at Camp Pendleton in Virginia Beach. Seven squads of approximately 10 Soldiers each tested their skills and stamina in a wide variety of events including vehicle maintenance checks, weapons assembly and disassembly, drill and ceremonies, tire flip and launching a Zodiac assault boat into the surf. The stations were designed to test Soldier and engineer skills as well as provide team building for the squads. (Photo by Cotton Puryear, Virginia National Guard Public Affairs)
Multi photo image of my mates Carl & Olivia dancing in our garden. This is the first time i've done a joiner where the person is over the top of themselves, normally i try and avoid this and make them side by side and not touching. its harder this way but the results can be cool.... all i need to find now are two people that can dance!!
In Nashville, the participants spent the day dribbling around downtown with over 2000 other youth for the Broadway Bounce, then explored Tourney Town where they played interactive basketball games, and tried zip-lining and rock climbing!
I'm not fond of the title, it would be greatly appreciated if you would be kind enough to leave an idea or two. Something related to an explosion maybe?

Playing with her tree trunk "toy" and munching on some hay......
Did you know:
an elephant has more than 20 thousand muscles in its trunk?
it can rip a tree out of the ground and yet pick up a dime off the ground.
Sadly there is still a lot of poaching going on in Africa as ivory is still sold on the black market.
The Gerald D. Hines Waterwall Park, formerly the Williams Waterwall and the Transco Waterwall, is a multi-story sculptural fountain which sits opposite the south face of Williams Tower in the Uptown District of Houston. The fountain and its surrounding park were built as an architectural amenity to the adjacent tower. Both the fountain and tower were designed by John Burgee Architects with Philip Johnson.
The architects' design for the water wall was to be a "horseshoe of rushing water" opposite the Transco (now Williams) Tower. The semi-circular fountain is 64 feet (20m) tall, to symbolize the 64 stories of the tower, and sits among 118 Texas live oak trees. The concave portion of the circle – which faces north toward the tower – is fronted by a "proscenium arch" shorter than the fountain itself.
Water cascades in vast channeled sheets from the narrower top rim of the circle to the wider base below, both on the convex side and on the rear side. This creates a visually striking urban waterfall that can be viewed from various buildings around the district.
46,500 square feet (4,320 m2) of water cover the interior, while 35,000 square feet (3,300 m2) cover the exterior. The main building material of the fountain is St. Joe brick. However, the Romanesque arches are made of Indiana Buss limestone, while the wall's base is black granite.
11,000 gallons of water fall every minute, and the entire fountain's water supply, consisting of 78,500 gallons is recycled by an internal mechanism every three hours and two minutes.
This is definitely in the multi-block sculpture area. It is a cabin, again the Alaskan motif shines through.
I wanted to explore the shapes and forms of a classical guitar. Creating the lighting was a bit difficult especially when I incorporated my hands.
