The visitors spent their last day in Knoxville at Jefferson Country High School where they attended math, science and literature classes, sang and danced with the choir, ate lunch in the cafeteria, and played basketball in the gymnasium.
To conclude their visit, the Mayor of Jefferson County presented each visitor with an honorary citizenship of the county and welcomed them back any time they wished.

""m not sure about you, but Im definitely a multi-tasker. Unfortunately when I multi-task I have a tendency to lose track of stuff. So....I present to you....The Multi-Taskers Apron! Oodles of pockets to keep anything and everything with you! This one holds everything I need for schoolwork, art, food, and social stuff.I would highly recommend one of these for any mothers with small children or college students.
I made the apron completely out of stuff I had around the house. The base is a pair of jeans that were WAY too high wasted for me(I forgot to take a before picture of these). It involved a lot of seam ripping and broken needles. The waistband is from the pants and closes with a snap. The pockets are scrap material I had lying around the house."
Multi usage gloves. Latex and cotton gloves for handling, planting and masonry. Wooden board. Light effect.
I'm using my wildcard for this one! I recently got to go to the Albuquerque Hot Air Balloon Festival which was AMAZING! The array of colors, size of the balloons and quantity (500-600) was a sensory overload!

+ well what can I say, the Philippines is also a photographers paradise :) not just for landscapes but also people photography
+ I've travelled several locations in the Philippines for 3 weeks. Hectic but fun at the same time - one of the plus sides are that this countty has probably one of the most gorgeous faces I've seen - with varying degrees of poverty and wealth and that's already hard to fathom at one glance.
+ more photos to come...
++ no photoshopping, no cropping, just converted raw in Phase One Capture 7 but no adjustments

About Cerro Negro and Volcano Boarding
Cerro Negro is a volcano in the Cordillera de los Maribios mountain range in Nicaragua, about 10 km from the village of Malpaisillo. It is a very new volcano, the youngest in Central America, having first appeared in April 1850. It consists of a gravelly basaltic cinder cone, which contrasts greatly with the surrounding verdant hillsides, and gives rise to its name, which means Black Hill. Cerro Negro has erupted frequently since its first eruption. One unusual aspect of several eruptions has been the emission of ash from the top of the cone, while lava erupts from fractures at the base.
Nowadays it is more famous for Volcano boarding and land speed records. In Volcano boarding you use a wooden board similar to a Snowboard but thicker and broader and you can sit on it and go down the slopers similar to snow boarding. The gravel on Cerro Negro is black, smooth and Amenable to snow boarding. Eric Barone has used a bicycle to set a land speed record on Cerro Negro and broken it several times.
