The 2019 Fort Benning Multi-Gun Challenge brought more than 250 of the top 3-gun competitors to Columbus, Georgia. For three days, the athletes fired their rifles, pistols and shotguns at 12 detailed and challenging stages.
One of my favorite things about homeschooling is that they think nothing of mixing with kids of other ages. Here we have a 2 yo, almost 5 yo and a 7 yo all hanging out.
The sting rays were the kids favorite part of the Phoenix Zoo last year but they are just winter visitors. They've been back a few months and this is our first trip to the zoo since they've returned.
The kids love them. It's a really small tank so you can see them easily. You can reach in and pet them if you want. This year they have small sharks in as well - kids got to pet a few of them as well.
One of the zoo employees was on hand to answer questions as well. Good hands-on homeschool activity.
