"A white van crashed into the back of a tractor trailer just after 7 a.m. Saturday in the Niagara bound lanes of the QEW, killing one driver.
The driver of the van was a 32-year-old person from Beamsville who was taken to hospital but later died. Police do not specify whether it was a man or woman.
A total of four vehicles were involved in the incident, all with only a driver in them, no passengers.
Motorists were forced off the highway at Ontario St. as the OPP closed the Niagara bound lanes of the QEW in Beamsville for most of the day.
Police say the transport truck had collided with an initial crash involving two vehicles before the white van then ran into the back of the transport truck.
The three other people involved in the collision were not hurt.
Officers say it was possibly debris on the road way that lead to the vehicle losing control and then hitting the rear of the tractor trailer.
The QEW reopened just before 3 p.m."

Ocean Reef started looking for a unique multi mission Patrol/SAR/Fire boat that could serve the community in many ways and for many years. They were aware of our successful fireboat line the Firestorm but didn't know that like Firestorm we had again broken the mold for high performance patrol boats and had the engineering to put them all into one boat. Let us know about your specific needs and we will design around them.

A beautiful and colorful moth that just died less than 20 hours ago killed by a spider that dwells inside these wooden walls. Red head, blue abdomen, dark green wings and thorax with bright yellow band on each wing. Looks like somewhere around Zygaenidae. The best match I could find is the Pidorus or Chalcosia species as shown in the cover of this book
Name: Zygaenidae > Pidorus sp.

Location: Dining Hall, MBSC, Maliau basin, Sabah.

I got this to replace my Leatherman Charge Ti and Spare Bit Kit in my under seat bag on my bicycle. This fits great in my jersey back pocket. Here are the specs of the tool from where I bought it at biketiresdirect.com
The b17 Multi-Tool includes the most-used bike tools in an innovative and compact package. Magnetic driver bits lock into either of the two drivers located at the corner edge of the tool body. When not in use the driver bits are held in rubber sleeves on the tool body that fold in for a compact size and to lock the bits in place so they don't get lost.
In the center of the tool body is a chain tool with spring-loaded removal. Once removed, the chain tool features a magnetic hex that fits into the driver for a better grip and leverage. 230 grams.
Includes:

BMW Headquarters (German: BMW-Vierzylinder "BMW four-cylinder"; also BMW Tower) is a Munich landmark, which has been serving as world headquarters for the Bavarian automaker for over 30 years. The building was declared historical in 1999. An extensive remodel commenced in 2004 and was completed in 2006.
The Tower was built between 1968 and 1972 and was ready just in time for 1972 Summer Olympics. Its inauguration followed on 18 May 1973. The building stands 101 m (roughly 331 feet) tall, is located in direct proximity of the Olympic Village and is often mentioned as one of the most notable examples of architecture in Munich. The large cathedral exterior is supposed to mimic the shape of a tire in a race car, with the garage representing the cylinder head. Both buildings were designed by the Austrian architect Karl Schwanzer [1].
The main tower consists of four vertical cylinders standing next to and across from each other. Each cylinder is divided horizontally in its center by a mold in the facade. Notably, these cylinders do not stand on the ground, they are suspended on a central support tower. During the construction, individual floors were assembled on the ground and then elevated. The tower has a diameter of 52.30 meters (roughly 171 feet). The building has 22 occupied floors, two of which are basements and 18 serve as office space. Millions of dollars have been spent on the facility due to high demand in progression.
